CB Updates -- We Need Your Help!
Hey Chatterbox, it’s the admins. After the CB went down earlier this year, we’ve been working with the Webmaster to get the CB a shiny new upgrade. We’re in the early stages of info gathering right now, and we need your help!
Please share in the comments anything that you hope for in a new version of the CB. You can suggest brand-new features, but also include anything you really would like to stay the same. We want to consider all possibilities (even if we can't use all of your wonderful ideas) to create the best possible place for you! Comment by May 31st any new (or old!) things you might like in a fresh CB.
We can’t wait to hear from you.

Uh, so I really really hope that we could be able to put up animations and GIFs with the new update, because my Library is going to be opening their Maker-space soon. And they will have Procreate Dream, so I'll be able to animate. And I would really love to share my creations on here as I do with photos of my art. My mom said that if you were to add the ability to play a GIF/Animation if you wanted to see it, instead of it automaticly playing.
Please, please, PLEASE take this in to consideration. Because there is phyisically no other way for me to share my animations with other CBers TTmTT

Someone may have said this already (I'm not about to read 9 pages of comments) but it would be nice if it looked the same when you typed it as when it was posted. The tiny print gives me a headache. So you wouldn't have to press the preview button.

yeah, the tiny print is really annoying. it used to be bigger but it's small now for some reason.

One thing I might like is yes,would love to have profiles but also maybe a secret mode? So we can still do SI games and anonymous posts on the confessions thread? Thanks!

Aaah, I meant to post this sooner! hopefully I'm not too late~
-I 100% agree with the profile idea! I know impersonating hasn't been much of a issue lately, but I think it would be really helpful to be able to see people’s profile with basic information like name, age, pronouns, hobbies, etc. That way you don't have to fill it out each time you post. Also, a profile picture feature would make it easier to recognize CBers, especially for new people.
-a direct message system would be really neat! We’d probably need profiles to make it work? direct messaging would open up a better way to do collaboratively-written skills lodges and stuff.
-I saw a few other people mention this as well, but I think being able to post gifs and/or videos would be incredible! I've been getting into animation a bit recently and would love to post some of my short projects. A video feature would also be great if we make another Chatterbox anniversary video!!
-maybe fix the topping glitch? it would stop new threads from being getting buried.
-please keep the color scheme the same or at least similar!!!! I adore the red margins and I would be so sad to see them go :’)
