CBer Colours!

I have synesthesia, so I associate a word or number with colour. Same thing goes for names and songs and all that. For example, when I listen to a specific song (forgot the name) by...let’s say Enya, it sounds like a dark pink. I know it’s weird, but then I usually also project a texture, which is similar to sequins. It’s kinda hard to describe. When I also see CB names, I also associate them with colour too. So these are a few names and their colours, and feel free to post your associations also!

Leeli- yellow

Starseeker- a dark indigo

Lilypad- A fluffy green

Claaws- red

Vyolette- Dark blue

Catsclaw- solid orange

Aspen- silvery white

General Waffleson: Light blue

Stargirl- an airy yellow

Pete the Trollslayer- earthy brown

St. Owl- Rich purple

Autumn Artist- orange/brown colour I can’t describe  XD

That’s all for now!

Hey! That's so cool! And get this: I have synesthesia, too (the same kind as you; there are many, many different kinds, some of which I also have, in case you didn't know)! And last year, I even did my science project on how many people I knew had it! Isn't that cool? Some of it I don't think is real synesthesia, though. For example, bluebird is blue to me, because, well, blue bird. But some words and/or letters I look at as a certain color for no reason. Like, you would think "p" would be purple or pink (most people actually see it as that, according to my study) but for me it's a silver with a tiny bit of a blue color.

So yeah, that's super cool! And thanks for including me on the first list! I didn't think many people noticed that I was here!! :D

Gotta scram now. Peace out peeps!

I did know, actually, and we seem to have the same conditions! ^^ I too have different types.

I just chose to post colours because sometimes things can get hard to describe, and knowing you have the same thing, you probably get what I mean.

Indigo or purple, navy blue or a deep purple, misty red with purple swirls, WOW. Everyone sees me a purple! XD I LOVE PURPLE!! I don't have synethesia, but it does sound very awesome! However, sometimes, if I think about it really hard, then I can almost picture a color with someone's name.

Foxy- A hot pink

Coyotedomino- A kinda a dusty blue.

@Admins- You do seem like a red!

Here's a fun fact: For synesthetes, A is most commonly associated with red. This would explain why most of us see the Admins' name as reddish (including me)!

Here are some of the 'red' names of the CB:

Autumn Artist -- red with a hint of orange

Autumn Leaves -- Leans more towards the orange side, but still reddish

Claaws -- Your name is red with a little bit of shiny white-blue. (This is why I've always imagine Claaws the dragon as red instead of black...)

Clouded Leopard -- You used to go by Amber, so there is a bit of red-orange-amber swirled in behind your name

Aspen -- Red with pink and white mixed in

Over the Rainbow -- The 'rainbow' part has some pink-maroon-red in it

Admin -- Red/orange (A is red; M and N are orange)

I'll do some more later!

Also, @LilyPad and Doctor Who?, thanks for doing me! I never would've pictured my name as tan or blue.
