CBer Colours!

CBer Colours!

I have synesthesia, so I associate a word or number with colour. Same thing goes for names and songs and all that. For example, when I listen to a specific song (forgot the name) by...let’s say Enya, it sounds like a dark pink. I know it’s weird, but then I usually also project a texture, which is similar to sequins. It’s kinda hard to describe. When I also see CB names, I also associate them with colour too. So these are a few names and their colours, and feel free to post your associations also!

Leeli- yellow

Starseeker- a dark indigo

Lilypad- A fluffy green

Claaws- red

Vyolette- Dark blue

Catsclaw- solid orange

Aspen- silvery white

General Waffleson: Light blue

Stargirl- an airy yellow

Pete the Trollslayer- earthy brown

St. Owl- Rich purple

Autumn Artist- orange/brown colour I can’t describe  XD

That’s all for now!

Ooh, dark indigo? Yellow? I like both of those!

I have a sort of synethesia, I suppose. Sometimes I see color-words just when I look at them, but usually I have to think about it. The only thing I can think of right now where the colors came unbidden was Charleston and West Virginia. Those have the same magenta color, and so I know that Charleston is the capital of West Virginia.

I love the color purple! When I see the name Lilypad, I see a kind of sunshine yellow. When I see Starseeker's name there is a kind of midnight sparkly-blue, almost like it makes me think of stars XD

Thanks, Vy! I see you as sort of a velvety red-violet, like a dress from an earlier time (can't think which one).

Cool! What color is my name? (To me, it's mostly orange and yellow, but if I'm not skimming, it's orange-yellow with rose in the middle)

Here are some of you guys' names:

Doctor Who -- Predominantly brown and blue, with white and off-white poking out from underneath

LilyPad -- Yellowish-green for the 'lily' and pink for the 'pad'

Hotairballoon -- Three segments of yellow, red, and blue, though not necessarily in that order

Viola -- Your name is predominantly maroon, with a hint of dark green at the beginning

Autumn Leaves -- Red-brown and orangey with a little bit of white/yellow and subdued green at the end

Dragonrider -- Dark brown background, with red, green, yellow, and dark green against it

Rose Bud -- Purpley red with a slight mix of blue

Chinchilla -- Silvery-brownish with a hint of lavender, fading out into silver at the end

Over the Rainbow -- the 'Over' is a see-through black (hard to explain) fading into a blend of green, yellow, and red; the 'the' is orangey-brown, and the 'Rainbow' is maroon and blue with a little bit of rainbow

Nighthawk -- blacks and dark browns; mottled like a nighthawk

Thank you Micearenice. I see you as a pale blue colour. Or a pale pink.

@Micearenice, I see you as a light brown, but a bit darker than tan.

Admins, I see you as a dark red. Like a russet sort of colour.

Yes. Someone else (or was it you?) said burgundy red. That's nice!
