Does anyone else here geocache? If you don't, you should totally start.
It goes like this: Someone hides a container somewhere, with a logbook and some items, or swag, in it. They then post the name of the geocache and its latitude and longitude online, along with a hint. You have to go and find it. When you find it, you write your geocaching nickname, or handle, in the logbook. If you want, you can take some swag and replace it with new stuff. Be fair! You then post a log online, saying that you found it, or didn't, or it wasn't there, etc. You can also use what people posted in the logs previously to help you find it.
You get to see new places and stuff, and it gets you outside and off the screen, ha ha.

Geocaching sounds awesome! I've never done it before. I do have a metal detector, though. Also, good idea Ashlee! I like Leeli's idea of the bullseye with the cricket in the center.

@Leeli, I think that looks really nice! I love the colors and it fits perfectly. No worries about the cricket, I can get the logo on there in a few seconds.
@Esquire's Ghost (I swear I see you everywhere now on here xD. No worries, my lips are sealed) Hmm... logo is something should all probably discuss. Leeli was thinking the CB cricket on the design she made up above. What do you think?
@Coyotedomino, Thanks! Ohh, fancy logo! You know, as long as we got the Admin's permission (assuming their logo is copywritten) then we could use that on the coin that Leeli made.

Hopefully I didn't miss any comments! So yep, in general I love Leeli's design and Coyote's. We could perhaps combine the two, assuming, as I said, we get permission from Admins to use their logo. If not we could come up with something else. I actually have a logo making program if we need.

Admins, would we have permission to use the CB cricket logo? Or is that subject to copyright?
The Cricket logo is a registered trademark and I can't give you permission to use it. I'm sorry.

(I have my post above explaining more). So if we can't use the CB logo, we could do something like this:
- The green globe could represent the earth or something? The font is almost like an adventurous, muddy kinda look like what Geocaching is. The tagline is "Around the world united" because we are (or will be) a group of geocaching kids around the world, united through our love of the outdoors.
So what do you all think? We could add something like this on Leeli's coin perhaps (oh, and it gives you an explanation regarding colors/fonts)

Oh, nice base, Leeli. I didn't see it before for some reason. And Ashlee, love that too. Admins, is there any way we can get permission for it?
I've asked our permissions manager to look at the thread, but I really think the answer will still be no.
