Remember when we used to daydream about a real-life Camp CB? Actually, I still do, but I just had an even better idea! It was inspired by Camp Nano.
Hosting a real life Chatterbox camp would probably be pretty expensive and hard to coordinate, not to mention the fact that we'd all most likely be grownups by the time it was created. So what if Cricket hosted something similar to Camp Nano? A virtual summer writing camp built to expand and improve one's writing skills?
I would totally go to that! There could be all sorts of different activities and competitions...anything!
All this is just a random idea I had at the grocery store. :P Any thoughts?

That sounds totally awesome! But I'm sorta new here, so I'm not familiar with NaNoWriMo... (Please don't bash me for this, I came in November!!!) But I'd love to see this actually happen!

We aren't going to bash you, it's perfectly fine! This is why the ultimate guide thread exists. Camp NaNoWriMo is a virtual writing camp for people 13+. It gives you writing advice and encouragement, and sets goals. A lot of CBers here have it. (I do, but I've only had it for about a month, and to be honest I don't really use it because I've been pretty busy.

You know, something that would be cool is if we decided to have a CB meet-up or something, where everyone could come to some place that was possibly accessible to everyone. Wow, that would be hard, and it would take a lot of planning, but I bet we could do it!

I think there actually was a Cricket camp a few years ago. A Chatterbox camp would be so cool, I would practically explode if I could meet other CBers in real life...but an online summer camp would be awesome!

I literally started making a thread about this a few day ago. I was sort of basing it off of a real camp that all these CBers keep going to, until I realized that I've never been to a real camp and I don't know how it works....so then I trashed the thread and went on my rambles of the CB. Great idea, Micearenice! I love it!!! :D

I live in Pennsylvania in a small semi rural town about an hour to 45 minutes away from Philadelphia.
