We sure do need one of these! It's pretty much self-explanatory, so I'll get right into the compliments:
@Admins, thanks for everything. I know there's been a lot of backlash and kerfluffle, and I know that can be hard to deal with, especially with all the comments flooding in.Thank you for making the Chatterbox possible in the first place, and you've also been really on top of posts this summer! On multiple occasions, my posts have shown up just minutes later!!
@Gared, I wish you weren't leaving, but I understand your reasoning. Anyways, you've always been really creative and you've always had amazing ideas!
@Bluebird, your art skills and poetry are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! You're also really supportive of everyone else, and you give out awesome art tips!
@Impunity Jane, I don't see you on as much anymore, but you were an awesome RPer who always had really creative characters!
@Bibliophile, you are the best book twin ever! Thanks for all of the book recommendations and Six of Crows fangirling moments!

I'm really bad at this...when I try to compliment you guys, I can't find the words to truly express my feelings. There are lots of you on the CB and I'm afraid that I will always forget someone...so I'm going to say this to all of you and I also feel like I would like to address the issue above with past and now. A lot of people have come and gone since 2008...I've only known a handful of you and I wish that I could have known more. Names pop into my mind...names of people who are on the CB now and names of people who I've only read about...but that is the beauty of the CB...you get to know people who are all ages. People who live in places you've never been. People who aren't even around now! People who probably haven't even thought of the CB in years! You get to know and love them, the way I have gotten to know and love you.
When I think of the CB, I don't think of the names that we give ourselves. I think of the great things that we do together. We compliment eachother, we share with the hardships and goodness of the world around us, we make up ideas and stories together, we live and grow together! What a beautiful thing that is!
And for that, I want to thank you. Thank you for all you do together, whether you do it alone or as a whole. You are each unique and I will never be able to know you as much as I would like. Maybe one day we will have peace...but think about it, peace means something different for each person. Because we are unique. And that is why I thank you, for being unique, for making the world a place where we can all live and share our different thoughts together. I don't know if we, the human race, will ever be without wars. I think it would be...well mature of the human race to not fight over every little thing. Mature of us to help others and try harder to take care of ourselves. But gosh! Look at what we DO have! We are unique, we are different, we each -ever one of us - shine out together. Be thankful for the experiences we have had and those we will have. And love each other for being unique.
I can't explain what I am feeling, or why I am saying this...and I'm terribly aware that this is a bad place to write this comment...but I have to tell you guys. You're awesome! You're awesome for believing...
And before I say more. Thank you. That is all I really wanted to say. Thank you all! Thank you CBers, thank you Admins thank all of you...for being who you are and for letting you light shine down on this world. And thank you for being a part of our beautiful human race.
