OMG or OMG?

OMG or OMG?

OMG or OMG?

I was just wondering.... How many people on here mean "Oh my gosh!" When they say OMG? And how many mean "Oh my ....!" I always mean oh my gosh, because while I might not be a very devout Catholic, I do feel awkward saying it.

I think I've never said the other one, except once when I went to school for 2 weeks (I decided it wasn't my thing later) and there was an...interesting incident and I kinda got caught up in the crowd of OMG-people and said it....

So how many of you mean OMG, and how many of you mean OMG?

I read OMG as Oh my gosh!

i always try not to say oh my g-- this is not because i am religious, (i am an athiest) but i never say it out of respect for people who are christian or catholic or jewish or any other religion. i can totaly understand why it would be an offensive thing to say.

I read it either way, depending on the moment-- I never say either the word or its euphamism. It actually makes one more intelligent, when one is angry or excited or whatever-- to desist from just yelling out the easiest thing. And to think up terms that better put your emotions into words. This gives you an opportunity not only to use your imagination and mind and do the difficult thing, but also to figure out how you're really feeling, and sort out your emotions.
