Chatterbox: Blab About Books
Calling all Warrior cats!
*Is speaking from...
*Is speaking from the top of a tall rock* Cats! The twolegs are pushing us to the bottom! We can NOT let this happen! This is our territory! I therefore propose a solution! We will gather our entire clans, take over the twoleg threads, and keep posting on the twoleg threads! They may push our clans to the bottom, but THEY WILL NOT TAKE US!!!!!! *Bounds down*

Okay, I'm sorry for being mean and troling and whatever, but at the time that I made the thread, a lot of people were posting threads whose sole purpuse was to get rid of warriors. Isn't that also a form of troling?

@Moonfur: It so happens that it is not, because they choose to create an entirely different thread instead of clogging up *your* Warriors threads with complaints.
Ima makes an excellent, strong argument.

Hey! I decided to post again, immediately after my other post.
There was a time, long, long ago, when BAB, as far as I can remember, had no warriors threads. The warriors threads are fine. I don't mind them. But why can't all you cool cats just consolidate all of your clans into one huge clan?! Or two. Then there would be room for lots of other threads on BAB, and you could still have all your warriors things. Maybe you could figure out a way to separate the different clans on one thread, and then put all the discussions on another thread. I'm sure you could figure something out.

@Moonfur: OK, I understand why you're upset now. Yeah, we said in order to counteract Warriors, but I don't think we meant to send Warriors to the bottom. We just wanted to bring around a balance.
Andy says htgd.

Yes, Moonfur, I agree that there are quite a few threads that are soley meant to be anti-Warrior, and perhaps those shouldn't be here. But the main point isn't who's trolling and who's not. The point is that everyone should have a right to talk about whatever books/series/authors they want on Blab About Books, so to have a thread against that policy is completely senseless.

This reminds me of when the Europeans "discovered" America and Canada. (no offense) King Whatsit XIV of France (we had to study this) decided that Canada (most of it) was his land. Look at where that got us. Sure, everyone's happy. But all of the FIRST Nations were shuffled into "preserves" like animals into zoos. How would you feel if you were living in your home and some random guy comes and claim it's his home. Then bunches of other people do too. That's what's happening right now. A few Warriors threads are fine, but this isn't your land. And this isn't your territory. The front is calming from Warriors, but this? Honestly. *sighs* (by the way, I'm not a First Nation FYI, I'm someone who cares for people) This is really...

*cough*
The Ankh-Morpork Trespassers Society: formerly the Ankh-Morpork Explorers Society, until forcefully reminded by Lord Vetinari that the name was a misnomer, as most of the places "explored" by Ankh-Morpork's finest and in many cases subsequently claimed for the Empire already had people living in them.
*cough*
Also, this isn't land at all.
It's the Internet, which is entirely different.

XD Lord Vetrinari is right.
