That was my immediate reaction, too! Now I really know I'm not going to see this.

SPOILER ALERT:

No Crusty! No Cerberus (sp?)! Made me sad. They didn't send Medusa's head to Mount Olympus! Gabe wasn't turned to stone, Percy's mom just broke up with him and that's it! And, worst of all . . . NO MENTION OF BLUE FOOD WHAT SO EVER!!!!!!! *looks horrified* *growls at movie* That seriously bugged me! Dunno why, really. My friend made blue cookies for, like, celebrating the movie coming out, but then there was no blue food! They were still yummy though! Chocolate chip! :D

So... I won't get too excited for possibly seeing it this afternoon. *is exasperated by Chris Columbus*

But I won't be too mean to him because you simply have to feel sorry for him with a name like that. Yes?

Definitely. You'd really think he'd go by his middle name or something... He should, anyway. Or just change it.

That is true, Ladybug. You can't deny that. You'redefinitely right, as usual. ;)

Oh, and when they're in Medusa's garden (It's a garden in the movie! There's no burgers or anything!) this woman is running around screaming hysterically and trying to warn them. She's holding Annabeth's arm when she's turned to stone, so Annabeth gets this bad cut. Then, later, they're at a random hotel (not the Lotus) and Percy is in the pool. He notices Annabeth's arm, grabs her hand, and is like "Watch this." Then water washes up her arm and heals to cut! When he was injured after capture the flag and touched the water, it rushed up his and healed all his cuts, and it was like the same thing with Annabeth, only he heals her! Oh, and the cookies just had blue food coloring, that's all.

Yeah, the movie didn't really follow the book at ALL!! It was a while ago that I read the book, but this DEFINITELY wasn't in the movie, when Percy just came to camp, the whole explosion with the toilet and Clarrise and stuff! That was like my FAVE part!!!!
