Johnna,
2 really good fantasy books, I think you'll enjoy, are
#1. McGrowl; Beware of Dog and
#2. The Tale of Despereaux
These books are really good. If you're an animal lover, I think you'll enjoy McGrowl; Beware of Dog. (Not that #2. is not about animals)

Whoa! No kidding!
Howl's Moving castle is the BEST!

in House Of Many Ways, Howl actually disguises himself as a cute little kid named twinkle who has a lisp and says that Sophie is his aunt!
I am a big fan of diana wynne jones have you read the Chrestomanci books? i love christophers sarcasm.

yeah I was SO mad when i watched the movie, i mean its ok but they entirely ruined the story! Like, turnip head? i mean PLEASE! People watch the movie and they think they know about the book too, but when they start talking to someone who's read the book but hasn't watched the movie, I mean, they are talking about two totally different stories! I mean, the even had to mess up turnip head because he's supposed to be scary and drive Sophie crazy whenever she tries to run away by getting in her way! (sorry but this is a tender spot and i love giving this lecture to anyone who will listen) and calcifer is WAY too cute to be a fire DEMON, try fire angel instead? Sorry for getting carried away but i cant help it, if someone mentions that movie, i tottally go up in flames. hahaha sorry <( '_' )>

OMG! I thought no one else had read oncea opon a marigold too! It ia an amazing book. Great story line, great charachters and a wonderful writing style. I must say this might be the best book ever! Ok well, the Mysterious Benidict Soiety is better( I like thick books more) but it is soooo good. Definently a must read. I couldn't put it down!
From one bookworm to another,
Maggie (Ok so thats not my real name but i looove inkheart. the movie stinks but the book is a piece of art. I think that might aply to all book/movie combos...)

I don't think you mentioned Emily Windsnap and the Castle in the Mist. I haven't read it yet, but I own it so I hope to read it soon. I own more than 100,000,000,000,000,000,000 books and I've read about......hm.......a 20th? About. I can't wait to read more and I get library books by the hundred. I can't catch up!!! I've read A Little Princess and it's great. My Mother read A Tree Grows in Brooklyn and really recommends it.
