Hi!!! I am Leafpool and my clan was dying so I made it over again here. I really need members that will post often so this one doesn`t die, too. I am the medicine cat of his clan and my former leader never posted, so I need a new leader. I have already asked someone, on my old dead, clan thread, so I need to see what she thinks about being leader. If she says no, I will chose another leader. Now for the tour of my clan!!! *Points tail at a small cave, with moss hanging down in front of it for the enterance* That is the the leaders den. The leader sleeps there and lives in it. *Smiles* It looks nice, doesn`t it? *Walks to a large bramble bush with an opening at the front* This is the queens den. She-cats with kits or expecting kits live there. *Flicks ears and points tail at another small cave with moss hanging over it for the eterance* That is the medicine cats den. The medicine cat stores herbs there and sleeps and lives there. the medicine cat apprentice sleeps there, too. Sick and badly hurt cats also sleep there. There is a small pool there for the medicine cat and his or her apprentice to drink out of and soak moss for the sick and hurt cats who are to weak to get their own. *Looks over at a den made of dirt* That is the apprentices den. It may not look strong, but it is very srong. The warriors-in-training sleep there. *Walks over to a large bramble den* This is the warriors den. The warriors and deputy sleep there. *Looks at another bramble den* That is the elders den. All the retired warriors and medicine cats sleep there. *Flicks tail toward a large pile of meat* That is the fresh-kill pile. All the food goes there. Looks appatizing, doesn`t it? You can have some after I show you the rest. *Walks over to a small, clear pond* This is were all the cats drink from. * Flicks ears and looks toward a huge, tall, rock* That is the Highrock. It is were we have all the clan meetings at. The leader stands on top of the rock and addresses to the whole clan. Like if a cat is having their warrior ceramony or somthing. Well, thats about everything. We need a leader, a deputy, warriors, apprentices, a medicine cat apprentice for me to train, queens, elders, and kits. Please join!!! Here is my description:

"Well. Um, thats an er, interesting, and gross story. Umm, do you know what the twolegs put in the ditch?" I looked at Blackfrost, he looked terified, no horrified (ya I probubly didn't spell both those rite either, please don't comment, nobodys perfect). "Thats what I was?" He asked. I still couldn't figure out why he couldn't remember, so I dicided to ask Shadowbreeze. He seamed to know everything about these cats. "Shadowbreeze, can I ask you something?" I pulled him away from the crowd of cats muttering to each other about what Shadowbreeze had just said. "Yes, what is it?" I took one quick glance at Blackfrost befor awnsering. "My brother, Blackfrost, he, he was a shaodw cat, but now he can't remember any of it. All he remembers is things about the time befor he was a shadow cat, then he has a huge empty space where his memory about the shadow cats should be, then the memorys about comeing to Crystalclan starting at when he attacked Leafmist. He doesn't even remember why now. Do you know why that is?" I could tell Shadowbreeze was thinking about that. I thought about what had happened, but couldn't think of anything that would make any sense. He cleared his throught, and I looked at him hopefully.

"I agree Brightkit should get a mentore. After all this time, I think he deserves it. Autumnstar, could I be his mentore?"

"What have you done to my clan's prey?! PREY STEALERS!!!!!" She stormed into the camp and hissed at Autumnstar, her medicine cat and deputy by her side.

Blackfrost~
"Hey Leafmist, do you wanna go hunting?" he asked uneasily. Leafmist nodded shyly and the two cats walked into the forest. Then I smelt something and my ears perked up. "I-I smell something odd," Blackfrost said. Leafmist caught a whiff of the air. "Ya that's weird....." Then before she could finish her sentence a cat leaped out at Blackfrost. "How could you leave the shadow cats! You betrayed our clan!" Then Leafmist and I realized something. It was Shadowstripe. His claws were sharper than a dog's. He was pure black and he had a necklace of fangs. Then he slashed Blackfrost across the throat as he yowled in pain.
Leafmist~
"No Blackfrost!" she sobbed. " Someone needs to help him! Since we don't have a medicine cat I guess I'll try to help!" She dragged Blackfrost's body into camp, and Sunblaze's expression fell apart. "No, Blackfrost! Leafmist, please don't let my brother die again!" She panicked. "I'll try to help him! Sunblaze, can you please take him to the med den while I check the inventory?" Leafmist took some cobwebs and burdock root from the herb storage. She pressed the cobwebs, which were drenched in blood. She chewed up a burdock root and applied it to the wound. "Well, that's all I can do. He's in the paws of Starclan now." Leafmist started to cry again hoping he would be ok. But she was still waiting for him to wake up.

"Aww, poor Leafmist. Her boyfriend's wounded, hahaha!" she teased and then Sunblaze knocked her down. "Hey, what was that for!" Swiftfeather whined. "He's my brother too, ya know! You shouldn't be so rude like that," Sunblaze lectured. Swiftfeather rolled her eyes and went to comfort Leafmist.

I look at my brother. I can't tell if he's getting betier or worse. I was devastated. That might be the seccond time he dies. The first one was bad enough, but now this!? Did we just have some seriously bad luck? Right then I decided to do something crazy. Not like I don't do crazy things in the first place. I ran into the forest, despite Leafmist's yowls telling me not to. I stood in the middle of the clearing and waited. I was hoping that Shadowstripe would think that I was just another weak cat from Crystalclan. (By the way, none of you are weak, I'm just saying that Shadowstripe thinks every cat beside him is weak). I didn't hear anything. I stood there ready for him to attack. Finally something jumped at me from behind, but I was ready. I side-stepped his attack, and turned to face him. "What do you want, Sunblaze?" I was surprised that he knew my name, but I was sure that Darkwhisker had told him about me. "Nothing, just a reason for why you tried to kill my brother again!" I growled. He just rolled his eyes, as if not taking me seriously. That made me mad. Really mad. " Oh isn't it obvious?" he asked. I was a bit confused, but I hoped he couldn't see that. "Why did you try to kill my brother again?" I repeated. He rolled his eyes again, but I waited. I knew he was trying to make me attack so he could kill me. I wasn't about to give him the satisfaction. "Oh all right, if you must know, he betrayed the shadow cats by going back to his sister, so I needed him to come back. If I killed him again, he would just transform into a shadow cat again. That way, I wouldn't be doing any real work." He smirked. I was so mad that I couldn't hold back anymore. I leaped at him. We clawed and scratched at each other. It was harder on me, because he had no face. But I managed. I had a feeling the fight lasted for a while. But eventualy I clawed his neck and belly, and green liquid dripped from his wounds. "Ick! What is that stuff!" I asked. He growled and said, "Another time, Sunblaze." And then he was gone. I raced back to camp. I must have looked horrible, because every cat was staring at me like I was dieing. I wobbled over to the medicine cat den, took a quick glance at Blackfrost, then made my way over to Leafmist. "Can you help? They really hurt," I muttered pathetically.

I watched in horror as Blackfrost law wounded on the floor of the camp. I ran outside, grabbed the softest moss I could find, and began to make a bed for him. I didn't know him well, but every cat deserves to be cared for in the best way.

My head spun as I looked over Eaglestar, the crazed gray tabby cat, the new leader of DawnClan, Blackfrost, who lay wounded, Sunblaze, Hayfur, and Leafmist who were talking anxiously, and Squirrelflash and Falconswoop, who glared at me, as if saying, "So, what are you going to do now?" Goldeneagle stood by her mother's side, glanced sympatheticly at me. I shivered as her gaze had an odd feeling, as if it could see right through my soul. I was about to retreat into my den, but I had to be strong. I stood in the center of it all, feeling very small indeed.

"Oh, poor Blackfrost!" I gasped, rushing forward and pressing some cobwebs on his body. My paws quivered in anxiety as I worked, cursing myself that I didn't know much about herbs. My brother, Falconswoop, looked behind my shoulder, fear clouding his sky blue eyes. "Anything I can do?" he asked me. "Yes, go hunting and leave me alone!" I snapped at him. Flinching, he turned away and his tabby gray pelt was just a blur before he disappeared. For the first time in my young warrior life, I realized the importance of a medicine cat and I knew, even though that was the last thing I wanted to do, that my clan needed one. Urgently. I summoned my courage and called out to Autumnstar, my voice trembling, "I need to be a medicine cat."

I walked over to Autumnstar. I had known her from when I was a kit, and I knew that she felt as helpless as all of us, despite her nine lives. Just then, the light bulb sparked in my head. "Autumnstar! I have an idea! It may be crazy, but right now, I think that it's all we've got! What if you tried to remember your Nine Lives Ceremony, and what if StarClan had given you any guidance on sometimg like this?"

I turned my head, and looked at Eaglestar. This was the last thing we needed. "My clan hasn't stolen anything!" I hissed. "You have no rite to be here!"
Blackfrost-
I looked up at all the cats trying to help me. It felt weird. Like was some thing that was needed for exsperements. I was trying to be cool, but it was hard with Sunblaze yelling at some poor cat in the clearing. I looked up and saw Leafmist, I dicided to ask her what was going on. "Leafmist?" She looked up from her work. *Yes?* "Who is Sunblaze yelling at, and why?" Leafmist looked a little uncomfterble. Like the question was not in the medicine cat rule book. *Well, the leader of Dawnclan, Eaglestar, is here, and she's telling us she has every rite to be here because we stole her clans prey. Sunblaze, isn't to happy about that.* She said. That sounded about rite. I felt like I needed to help my sister defend our clan, but I could barly move. "STUPID SHADOWFACE!" I growled quietly.

Sunbaze was at it again. Beating up some poor cat because of what they thought we did. We seamed to be getting the bad end of everything. First the shadow cats, now this? It was much more than bad luck.

I had known Hayfur since she had been a tiny kit, and I trusted her with all my nine lives. I turned my head towards her voice and nodded slowly. "I can remember. . ." I croaked, "That a starclan cat said that CrystalClan would go through a hard time, but that there was hope in its warriors." My eyes slightly brightened and with a nod of gratitude towards Hayfur, I turned towards where Squirrelflash had spoken. "A medicine cat?" I asked. When the ginger she-cat nodded quickly, I sighed. "If StarClan approves and if this is something you really want to do. . ." I whipped around and hissed angrily at Eaglestar, "Go away! You have NO right to be here! CrystalClan hasn't stolen anything. Now if you don't leave right now, I will rip all your nine lives from your soul!!!!" I unsheathed my claws, snarling and spitting.

I came back from hunting, my eyes brighter than they had been when I had left. "Guess what, everybody?" I called cheerfully. "I found someone who can help us!"

I was so busy growling, hissing, and spitting at Eaglestar, that I didn't even notice Falconswoop until she jumped onto Eaglestar, pinning her down, and smiled at us. I grinned. "Who'd ya find?" I asked happily.

I purred at Autumnstar's response. She was one of the strongest cats I've ever known, but with a heart as big as StarClan. A few other warriors and I began to circle Eaglestar, and we all unsheathed our claws.
