Medicine cat should...

Medicine cat should gather here at the Half-moon; it will be like a gathering for medicine cats and their apprentices. I, a medicine cat apprentice myself, would think this is a good idea. We could get to know a medicine cat from another Clan! (I'll post on all Clan pages I can to tell them about half-moon, or you could go outside at night and look for yourself.

It was the night of the half-moon. The gray tabby tom with ruffled fur with glowing amber eyes named Owlflight padded out of the shadows and sat down. He was the medicine cat of CaveClan. He sat down on dew-covered grass to wait for the other medicine cats of the other Clans. His apprentice, a golden tabby she-cat with green eyes named Poppypaw, sat down beside him. Her eyes were shining with excitement, but her paws were covered with dried herbs. The last three days, Owlflight and Poppypaw had been treated several she-cats that were giving birth to kits at the same time. Now, most of the kits had survived and they were all asleep beside their mothers. Owlflight sighed as the moon rose higher. As if listening to his thoughts, Poppypaw mewed, "When are the others coming?"

She padded foreward to the place where all medicine cats met. She saw the glowing pelt of Owlflight and his apprentice Poppypaw and raced forward to greet them. "Hello!" she called, her white pelt visible against the night sky, green eyes shining.

Summerpaw followed the path to the meeting place for medicine cats. Her mentor, Windflash, had stayed behind in camp to look after the queens and sick kits. She finally reached it and began to greet Swanflight and Owlflight and Poppypaw, one of her friends.

Willowtail: We're here! Sorry we're late. We were busy yesterday. And... It was our responsibility to say when the half-moon was, so we're really sorry! We just forgot!

Whitelion: How about we just meet on the 1st and the 15th of every month? That's as often as it would be if it was every half-moon, and we can all know when to come. And we would also come on the days before and after those dates, so that no one can miss the Moonpool meeting.

Waterpaw: Since we're saying yesterday was the half-moon, that means today would be our last day. However, some cats aren't here, and I think we ought to have one more day. Also, I have a few questions about herbs that my mentors (long story as to why I have 2; I don't feel like telling it now, sorry) didn't answer, so I'm asking other full medicine cats. I doubt that any cat who knows the answers will see them today, and even if they do, their answer may not show up until tomorrow, and they'd be gone. I want to thank them!

I'm copying and pasting the questions from another thread, so they'll be in a separate comment.

I'm here for the gathering! My apprentice, Stormpaw will be here soon, hopefully. *looks worried* Brookclan has lately dissapeared.

I thought your apprentice's name was Silverpaw?

If so, I think I know the name she goes by outside of the Warriors RPs, and she still posts—I think. So I can ask her to come on a thread that she actually reads. Have you noticed she doesn't really participate in  the RPs anymore?

Anyway, is her name Silverpaw, or is his name Stormpaw?

Waterpaw: I'm the RiverClan medicine cat apprentice, and I just wanted to tell you (without trespassing on your territory) that we really do want to make peace with BrookClan. Pebblestar was sincere! I know that it was extremely rude of him to insult Silverstar like he did, but we're sorry! And I know that doesn't make it all right, but we still are! And we'd really appreciate it... Anyway, just tell Winterstar what I said, please.

A LakeClan medicine cat apprentice, Goldenpaw, who I'm mentoring for now, since her mentor isn't posting, has greencough, so she can't come. I just thought I'd explain her absence.

And Blizzardpaw, the other LakeClan medicine cat apprentice, whose mentor isn't posting either, is helping cure her. That explains his absence.

So why are Speckledfur (the cat temporarily mentoring Blizzardpaw until his mentor posts) and I here? We seem to posess the ability to exist in 2 places at once.

He followed the scent trail to reach Willowtail. As he climbed up the slope, he appeared beside her. "She's asleep," he meowed. "So I thought I would come."

Greetings, Colormist. I am Yellowkit. I will give you one of your eight lives. *Jumps to reach her head* With this life, I give you protection. Use it to fend for your clan like a mother would to her kits. *a sharp pain surged through Colormist, like lighting striking through her, but it softened, and then the pain shot through her again. She now realized how queens  always feel to their kits*

Greetings, Colormist. *Touches nose* With this life, I give you loyalty. Use it to stay with your clan even in the coldest of winter. *A fierce cold wind shook Colormists bones, but it ceased, and she felt the presence of many cats.*

In other words, don't desert your clan. And if your thread does die, remember it is your duty to bring it back.
