There was one...
There was one of these on here a while ago, but it sorta died and I liked it so... why not try again?
It's pretty self explanitory. Someone says a quote from a book, and we have to guess which book it's from. Whoever guesses it gets to post the next quote. Here goes!

Its from like a fantasy adventure book, I think that's what genre it is. And it's about Indian mythology. Is this helping?

Yes, it is Nikolai Lantsov, and I believe it was from Seige and Storm (although they refrenced it in King of Scars aaaaaaa).

@Stardust, YESSS King of Scars is so good. I think it's one of my favorite Grishaverse books so far. I'm not done with it though, so no spoilers!!

@Abigail, you're lucky to have the luxury of reading slowly, my best friend finished in less than a week after it came out and demanded I finish in the next week once Amazon finally delivered it (I forgot to preorder it), but I love it too! I think I still like the 6oC duology best, mostly because, without too much spoilers, I thought KoS recycled old plot points and conflicts a bit too much for my taste.
And I agree that it's from Crooked Kingdom. I also love that line, and entire scene (Kaz was giving me goosebumps oh my Saints). I just finished the rereading the duology through the audiobooks, which I highly reccomend, btw. I have no idea about Abi's quote though.
