Chatterbox: Blab About Books

List of Books I Really Enjoyed (In Three Parts)
This will be...

This will be in three parts, because there almost 60 books in it. (Currently. I add to it from time to time.) Please also understand that these are NOT in any particular order. I do not like them from first to last, for example. (Please do not attack me for liking Eragon, either!:) Here is the first installment:

1. Eragon, by Christopher Paolini

2. Eldest, by Christopher Paolini

3. Brisingr, by Christopher Paolini

4. Shadow Spinner, by Susan Fletcher

5. Becoming Naomi Leon, by Pam Munoz Ryan

6. Esperanza Rising, by Pam Munoz Ryan

7. Blue Jasmine, by Kashmira Sheth

8. The Tower of Geburah, by John White

9. The Iron Scepter, by John White

10. The Sword Bearer, by John White

11. Gaal the Conqueror, by John White (May be more easily found in Canada)

12. Homesick: My Own Story, by Jean Fritz

13. Ella Enchanted, by Gail Carson Levine

14. Fairest, by Gail Carson Levine

15. The House With a Clock in it's Walls, by John Bellairs

16. A Wrinkle in Time, by Madeline L'Engle

17. A Wind in the Door, by Madeline L'Engle

To be continued :)

ADMIN, could you take the stuff at the bottom off? I didn't copy and paste, so I don't know why it's there.

Brynne, we didn't post at the same time. I just tested something, and once I posted on this thread it comes up as 'last replied by 8 secs ago by Brynne' !?!?!? Weird!!! That is what has happened everytime I posted on this thread. I just figured we both got on this thread at the same time... but 3 times in a row?? This will be the fourth.

The HPs were all great, of course. The Westing Game was... well, completely insane, which is the main reason I loved it. A Mango-Shaped Space was incredibly well-written (except for, like, the last chapter. WM disappointed me there, but... :( Otherwise a fantastic book.) And Mixed-Up Files was just... bleh.

Regarding the list overall: Good choices, Brynne. :D

The last chapter? What was wrong with it? *is Mango-Shaped Space fanatic* Okay, I'm a little obsessed with that book, and all of her books for that matter.

Mixed-Up Files was OK. I liked it a little.

Okay, one of these days I have GOT to make my own favorite books list...
