The Ultimate CB Book Log
Have you read...
Have you read a book recently?
Enter its name here. This is the 2017 Ultimate CB Book Log. Well, technically starting in 2016, but who cares?
This is a place for us to keep a huge, giant log of books, both for ourselves, and also so other CBers can see what we're reading. Everytime you finish a book--whether you've read it or not--put its name and author here. You don't have to talk about it or anything...you just type in its title. We can discuss books here if you want, but it's not required.
Have fun!
I think this is a great idea, Owlgirl!

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!! You're reading Lumberjanes!!!!! And Carry On! And Mosquitoland!!!! I love all of those to death, what'd you think?
Also, is The Light Fantastic any good? I saw it at the library, and it sounded interesting. I started reading Vassa at Night too, it's really good! I have yet to read ADSOM though, I'm waiting for camp.
Sorry, this is a bit of a fangirl overload.
(July 11, 2017 - 5:20 pm)
Yes! Lumberjanes! And Carry On, oh my, Snow/Baz for life, no questons asked! And Mosquitoland! I loved it so much!!! It's probably one of my favorite realistic fics, right along with Fangirl!
And oh my gosh, you're reading Vassa in the Night! I loved that so much!!! (We must really be book twins, don't ya think?) The Light Fantastic is fantastic, no pun intended, everything connects together and falls into place so seamlessly, I can't even aaahhhh!
(July 13, 2017 - 1:47 am)
Yay!!!! I'm so glad you liked them!!! Snowbaz is the cutest thing to ever be invented, and I can't wait to read The Light Fantastic. Mosquitoland is so good, have you read Kids Of Appetite? It's also by David Arnold. Also, do you ship Molly/Mal? (From Lumberjanes).
(July 16, 2017 - 2:24 pm)
Ooh, I was looking at it the library!! I'll definitely check it out! And Mal/Molly? Ehhhh I think I need to read more of the Lumberjanes first— I've only read like 4 of them!
(July 17, 2017 - 12:42 pm)
Yeah, definately check KOA out, it's sooo good! I ship them, but you might have to read more of them to get it? I'm not sure.
(July 17, 2017 - 3:17 pm)
Cool, cool!
(July 17, 2017 - 10:49 pm)
Gee, September, those are some seriously good books! And WOW you read almost 20 books in June!
I loooooooooooooooove Carry On!!!! Simon and Baz are OTP.
(July 12, 2017 - 12:14 pm)
Yeah, I read a lot! In fact, I went to the library this morning and got sixteen books, all due back on July 31st, adding onto my current fifteen books from a previous library trip, I'll have thirty-one books to finish before the end of July. . . Coincidence? I think not!
Also Carry On is most definitely amazing!!

In The Labyrinth of Drakes by Marie Brennan. This one focused less on the dragons and study of them, preferring tales of the desert and city and preserved temple/hatchery of ancient civilization, but was nonetheless quite good. I should probably order the last book of the series soon. I wonder when it's going to hit me that I don't get to read it right away.
