T: *rushes over* Fern, calm down, I know what to do. Dove, go and get some borage and a poppyseed. *dove goes and gets stuff* thank you. now, Fern, eat these. *fern eats* now on the count of three, push. 1.......2........3........PUSH!!!

T: Congrats, Fern you have four new healthy kits.
F: Thanks, Treesayer. Their names are Stream Where Fish Swim, Forest of Burning Leaves, Fawn running in the forest, and Dark Patch Where Shadows Fall.
Stream: Brown she-cat
Leaves: Gray tom
Deer: looks like a fawn she-cat
Patch: Black and white tom

Congratulations! I'm guessing Leaves was named after Forest. Was Stream named after Brook Where Small Fish Swim? Are you descended from her?

Fe: Yes, Leaves was named after Forest. And yes, Stream was named after Brook. She was my Grandmother. So I have some Tribe and Clan blood.

I at first joined the Tribe of Cold Fire, but then remembered my promise to you, so, as I promised, I am here, and will soon have kits! *smiles* Oh, and since you probably don't remember, I go by Night.

No problem, Treesayer. I loved Apprenticeclan, and all the cats were
very kind in teaching me the ways of their clan, but it made me realize
that I am definitely a Tribe cat. Dawn! Frost! You followed me?! *purs* I was hoping you would... *smiles* I'm going to move into the nursery.
