(April 23, 2009 - 8:38 pm)
You are not a person, you are imaginary!
(April 24, 2009 - 12:41 pm)
Who's imaginary? Vivian???
(April 24, 2009 - 7:41 pm)
Well, Vivian's my imaginary friend.......
(April 24, 2009 - 8:38 pm)
Yay! Hop right in, Vivian!!! Have you read the previous thread so you know what's happening? In that spirit--Jenjen: how can someone have half a life??? Just realized that was a little fishy. Is that life shorter or something??? :P Plus a little confliction with a post: unless we got back from the Mythosphere already, we're in two places at once....;);)
(April 24, 2009 - 2:47 pm)
(((It's shorter, that's all. And, we can be back from the Mythosphere by then. It's just barely after dinner in our part, while Holly's post is around midnightish from what I can tell.)))
After we had played with Troy and the others for a while longer, I took Philippa back to the Place Between, then went down another valley, that I had created one summer when I wanted to get away from Family and others. It was a small miniverse, as I called it, as it wasn't quite a full universe. I dragged Philippa through a waterfall (seemingly), but it was dry, as she was surprised to find out. We ended out in a forest clearing with a little hut in the middle. I opened the door and let Philippa in first. Her head popped out immediately. "What! It's so BIG inside!", she exclaimed. "Yeah, it's pretty cool, isn't it? The library's that way.", I laughed. As I walked in, I grinned, proud in spite of myself. The space-warp was pretty cool, I had to admit, and still is now. I went for my library immediately, to find out if my prophecy archives held any information about the prophecy about Philippa and I.
(((Aliza?) I like ur part about needing help to fulfill the prophecy.))

((Umm, I was thinking, that it would be awesome if one of us was to be the next Chrestomanci! Since Jenni and "Pippa" are in some sort of propehcy, or something, and Lettie(Martia) is, too, I decided I would be, too! So my character has extra lives! (see my last post) They are in the charms...(get it, CAT charms?) So, yeah, my magic is just an add on. If this is too much magic for one character, let's forget about the aura thing, and and Myrella is only, working on transfiguring. Is that ok with u all?))
(April 24, 2009 - 9:10 pm)
((Oh HO!! The truth comes out...*evil laughter* Anyway, so yes, I was thinking that we ought to change the fact that there are so far only male Chrestomancis....And I was thinking everyone should be in on the prophecy, so maybe there will be something about overturning an old tradition?? How does that sound? I think maybe we might need some more male characters of our own creating--like make Matthew a bigger character or something....))

After we talked to the gods for a while, Loreli led me out and down the ravine a ways until we slipped through a little crack and into a beautiful, almost tropical forest. There was a tiny little cottage in the middle of a clearing, with a thatched roof and colorful flowers surrounding it. Loreli swung the door open and motioned for me to go in first. "It's huge!" I cried, staring around me at the beautiful entry hall. Recognizing it as a space-binding spell, asked, "Did you make this? I don't think even I could do this yet!" However, I'm not sure if she answered or not, because my attention was caught by a well-polished stick leaning against one wall. ((Gotta go!!))

(((can't let it die!)))
At the library, I headed for my prophecy archives. "Gods, power of, two, dark, fair" I read of one scroll. Yes, that was it! I pulled it down and carefully unrolled it. All it said was, "Good luck, fated ones". I looked at it blankly. That was it? Then I looked at it with witch sight, and gasped. "Philippa! Come look at this!", I called over my shoulder hurriedly.I called twice more, but she still didn't answer. I went back into the main hall to find her.

Time: Around Midnight
For the rest of the night, Myrella kept seeing Mr. Chrestomanci's face, again and again and again. That confused, but knowing face. Like he had realized something important, she thought as she held the golden(NOT SILVER) cats tight in her palms. She knew something big would happen tomorrow. She could just tell...
Time: 7:58
BEEP, BEEP, BEEP!!! Myrella's clock said. GET UP NOW OR I'LL JUMP ON YOU!!! Myrella's eyes popped open. Well, she thought, it is a heavy clock. She looked at the time. "Holy Cricket!!" she yelled as she threw on her breakfast gown. She kept her necklace on because Mr. Chrestomanci knew anyway. She put on her silver(!!!) earrings, and she felt that wave of drowsiness again. It happened a lot. She rushed down to the eating room, and sat down, and heaved a heavy sigh. Silence. She looked up. She was suddenly staring right into Mr. Chrestomanci's face. Don't panic, she thought vigorously. Don't panic. She looked around. Everyone else had been staring, but now hastily looked away. "So," she said. Silence. "So,"she replied to herself, "how did everyone sleep?" She head murmurs of "okay" and "good" and "pretty well' and knew she was missing something. Something had happened last night. ((I have an idea, but disregard these next sentences if u don't like it.)) Mr. Chrestomanci broke the silence by saying, "Well, let's ask Phillipa and Marianne, shall we? Did you sleep well?" They looked at each other hastily and replied, "Uh, yeah," and "Sure. I guess." Mr. Chrestomanci finally burst and said, "No, I don't beleive you did! You didn't sleep at all last night, because you were both out and about and around the mythosphrere, with your litle godly friends. Isn't that right, Phillipa?" Pippa went red, and replied quietly,"Yes sir." Myrella felt sorry for them, but was releived as well, when Mr. Chrestomanci turned to her. "What about you? Were you out last night?" She gulped and said,"Yes, sir." "And what was that necklace you had on?" "Umm, it was just a.. necklace sir." His eyes softed. It seemed his anger was over. "Alright, then. Marianne, Pippa, and Myrella, and all magic users under 18 in this castle, follow me...."
((Ta da!))
(April 26, 2009 - 12:32 pm)
((Sorry, wrong name. I meant Loreli!!))
(April 26, 2009 - 12:34 pm)
((OK. I think this is something we should decide on: DO the two Chrestomancis approve of myth-walking? (my own coinage: you won't find it in the books). I'm sure they do it all the time, but that isn't always relevent. I'll write now:))
(April 26, 2009 - 2:36 pm)
((I think that they should disapprove, because it is very dangerous.))
Time: 8:47 AM
Myrellla followed Mr. Chrestomanci down the corridors, with Loreli and Pippa right behind her. He sat them down and told them to stay as he fetched the magic tutor, who was for some reason nicknamed Tacroy...
