Harry Potter Rant for Haters
So, there was...

So, there was a thread for this, but I can't get it to top...

But who else extremely dislikes Harry Potter? I definitely do. I think Harry is so flat...so are Cho, Hermione, and Ron. Ron is a generic dweeb (sorry Ron.) Harry is a generic hero (sorry Harry) and none of his friends get any credit or a chance to be heroes! Cho is...just ugh. No. And Hermione is just smart and emotional. That's all.

Now I will prepare to get attacked by Potterheads.

I actually like Harry Potter, but I understand how you dont' like them. But the other characters do get to be heroes too! And calling Cho ugh... that might offend the Cber, Cho Chang. Just saying. I can understand how Harry and Ginny don't make that mcuh sense, though. But I love Ginny as a person! And Hermione too! She's so smart. I really want to be smarter. I mean, I am smart, I just want to be smarter

But does anyone else think it's really cool how Emma Watson became an  actor at 11 by just being in her school and looking like Hermione?! SHe's so awesome! But her appearance changed SO MUCH!

CAPTCHA says awkv. Awkward? What's awkward? THis? I agree.

I am a Potterhead, but. . .

CHO IS A WALKING STEREOTYPE!!! A cheap walking stereotype.

A poster.

A decoration vase.

A mannaquin.

A... a...

*Takes deep breath*

First of all, she gets put in Ravenclaw. Of course. The only Asian gets put in the nerdy House.

Second, she's just another Asian weakling. One more of those crying, beautiful, yellow-skinned girls sobbing over their white hero.

Third, Cho and Chang are BOTH last names.

Korean last names.

And she's supposed to be Chinese!!!!!!!!

She's as generic as a ninja costume. As accurate as those cheap Chinese resturants. As stereotypical as a dumb blonde.

Just one more Asian showpiece.

Mei... I'm in Ravenclaw and I'm offended... we're not all nerds. Although I am.

Yeah. That was offending.

i am sure Mei didn't mean to offend anything. Ravenclaws are awesome, but come on; there are definitely nerds in there.

*Sighs*

What I meant was that JK Rowling doesn't have to make every Asian smart and nerdy. That's our stereotype. . .

Honestly, I don't care for Cho. But I love, love, love her name. XD

Also, yes, Ron is the flatest flat charrie there could be. That's why I detest him. :D

i didn't care for Ron, either. Cho is okay, not great. As an actor, Harry was terrible. Hermione and Ginny have always been my faves.

True. But she did make him round in the last book. . .

But that IS kinda too late.

She did plan her books, you know. And I like when the books have a flat character at the beginning, that becomes round at the end!

I'm reading The Order of the Pheonix right now. Haven't read The Deathly Hallows or The Half-blood Prince yet.

Actually, I used to like Ron, but he is, well, really flat.

And Harry? No. Just no. In his fifth year so far, he's too angry, suspicious, and... something else I can't name.

Cho? Well, I dunno about her.

Hermione? I do like her. I like her a lot, but Harry's always the hero. I mean, the main hero. But he couldn't have escaped/defeated Voldemort all of the four times I've read. I mean, Hermione figured out the potion thingy in their first year, not to mention the Devil's Snare they landed on. In the second year, she figured out how the Basilisk was moving through Hogwarts, and in the third, that was her time turner. In the fouth, she taught Harry the Summoning Charm, and I don't know about the fifth yet.

That was a total rant XD

Ron is AMAZING!!!! Yes, I am Icy. But anyways...

Ron is:

A. Smart as Hermoine. He, in the last book, imitated Harry's parseltongue to get into the chamber of secrets! He literally imitated something he could only have heard years ago!!!

B. Brave as Harry. He came back to Harry and Hermoine, and he destroyed the Locket Horcrux.

C. He's opressed by his family, and has so much emotion-he is NOT flat!
