Chatterbox: Blab About Books
What are you reading...
Right now? I'm...
Right now? I'm reading (a) some old Cricket Mags I found in my dad's classroom (b) the last book in the Secrets od the Immortal Nicholas Flamel series (I recommend it- while the writing is mediocre and sometimes overly epicly-unepic, the story is amazing -- good enough that I've made it to the last book:) Oh, and (c) I'm flipping here and there through What Einstein Told His Cook -- its a book about the science of cooking, preciesely what I love:)
So, what is everyone else enjoying?

I'm re-reading The Hunger Games Triology! I'm on Catching Fire right now.

I'm reading this book called Johnny Tremain by Esther Forbes. It's about a bog during the time of the American Revolution, and even though it has a male lead(:P) if is indeed a good read.

I'm reading Little Women, Surviving Jamestown (I do not reccomend. Reading this 4 school. Not the best written book), At the Back of the North Wind, and re-reading the 5th Harry Potter book (second favorite in the series).

Every Soul a Star? I read that a few years ago! Absolutely loved it.
Currently I'm rereading The Book Thief by Markus Zusak (because, let's be real here, it's THE BOOK THIEF), and I just started Say What You Will by Cammie McGovern. It's great so far.

Every Soul A Star is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL.

I'm reading:
-Some books by E. Nesbit. Yes, I know, they are for a younger age, but so what? They are funny.
-Emily Fox-Seton, Being The Making of a Marchioness, by Frances H. Burnett
-Yeah................That's pretty much all for now. I'll be going to the library soon. I mostly read these genres:
Old books by women authors such as Louisa May Alcott, L.M Montgomery, etc.
Historical fiction by Ann Rinaldi.
That's all I can think of now.
(March 18, 2015 - 11:57 am)
OMG those genres are amazing! High five!

I am reading the fifth PJO book. I think Rachel is beating Annabeth for my favorite character now. She's really cool, smart, and funny.
(March 18, 2015 - 12:24 pm)
I am reading The Unwanteds and just finished the second Old Yeller book. Though I am thinking of starting Percy Jackson.
(March 18, 2015 - 6:36 pm)
I command you to read Percy Jackson! NOW! Find your nearest library and GO!
(March 18, 2015 - 8:18 pm)
There's a second Old Yeller?! Really?! What's it called? New Yeller?
I was wondering about that, too. . . .
