Harry Potter Trivia
Open to all...
Open to all Potterheads!!!!
Here are the rules:
-You have to have read all the books.
-DO NOT comment until you can see the latest comment. We don't want to get mixed up.
-No questions that aren't in the series; e.x: what's Hermione's favorite food?
-NO CONSULTING THE BOOKS. IT'S CHEATING.
I think the rest is self-explanitory; you answer the trivia question, then post one of you own.

(March 30, 2018 - 5:03 pm)
Well, you already posted a question in that post, it just wasn't Harry Potter related.
(April 1, 2018 - 8:56 am)
Colloportus locks doors, I believe, and alohomora unlocks.

Wind Whisperer has already posted a question, so I won't.
(April 4, 2018 - 2:51 pm)
Question: Who gives Harry treats lanced with love potion? I love that part, when the person who does it seems so disappointed when it turns out Ron has eaten them.
(April 3, 2018 - 8:23 pm)
Rohmilda Vane. I don't know if I spelled that right.
Who did Fleur go to the Yule Ball with?
(April 5, 2018 - 1:48 pm)
Roger Davies, the captain of the Ravenclaw Quidditch Team. I always remeber that because Fleur keeps complaining about Hogwarts and he just nods along.
New question: What event happens during the Astronomy O.W.L. that causes Harry to be distracted?

Umbridge and some Aurors attack Hagrid in the middle of the night, and Professor McGonagall intervenes.

What is the potion that Remus Lupin is given to counteract his transformation called?
(April 16, 2018 - 3:32 pm)
The Wolfsbane potion.
This is really a survey-type question, but Imma ask it anyway:
Do you consider The Cursed Child canon? What about Fantastic Beasts?
(April 17, 2018 - 7:45 pm)
I accept Fantastic Beasts as canon because it is going to tell the story before Harry Potter and J.K probably had some idea of that story before she wrote Harry Potter. I do not accept the Cursed child because that is really like glorified fanfiction about what happend after the books and there are infinate possibilities for what could happen.( Plus, I really don't like the plot focusing so much on time travel.)
(April 18, 2018 - 11:01 am)
Fantasic Beasts yes, it's too good not to be canon. Cursed Child I'm a little conflicted about. It was an ok story, and I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to go see it on Broadway. It was a fine follow up novel thing and the first time I read it I hated it. Then I read it again and I loved it. I consider it canon but it's definitely not part of the original series.
