Actually, because of tricky writing, the Elder Wand tranfered to Draco, because he disarmed Dumbledore. Then Harry disarms Draco, so the Elder Wand tranfers to him, I think. (Unless I'm wrong.) It's kind of confusing. XD

1- the people who helped Harry escape the Dursley's in the 7th: Mad-Eye Moody, Tonks, Fred, George, Fleur, Hagrid, Bill, Mundugus, Ron, and Hermione. Mad-Eye did not return. *sniff*
2- Mad-Eye's imposter was Barty Crouch, Jr.
3- Uh, don't know the exact order (does it ever specify?), but Fred, Tonks, Lupin, Parvarti Patel, Lavender Brown, Snape, Bellatrix, Voldemort
