By the time this is posted, it will likely already be October 8, which means... THE HOUSE OF HADES HAS BEEN RELEASED!!!!!! It's late, but I'm going into MAJOR fangirling fits of impatience waiting for this. I'm going insane! I'm dying! I've BEEN dying! But this HAS to be the most painful part of the dying process!
Now, before we all go screaming about how we got it, what it looks like, etc. we should all agree NOT to spoil ANYTHING for at least one month. I read this with my family, so it'll take longer for us to finish it. It will be INSANELY hard, I know, but for the sake of others...

I sooooooooooo cannot wait for this. I had a strange time lapse and thought today was the 8th and so went to Barnes and Noble and scoured the store looking for it. Then I realized it was the 7th.
........
Anyway, I really can't wait for tomorrow!!!!!

Lucky ducky! I'm not allowed to even skim the first page (though I did cheat, and downloaded the first chapter last month! ;) Plus, I heard Rick read a scene of Percabeth awhile ago too!

I'm at the Annabeth chapters!!!!! If you've read The Mark of Athena, you probably know where I am. (Dose that count as spoilers?) But, hey, what the heck, even my teacher has claimed the PJ seires is her favorite of all time!

I was so excited when we got it yesterday that I took it to the movies that evening and read till the movie theatre was in full dark. I kind of stole it since my sister and I have an agreement that she gets to read it first, but I couldn't resist. I had to at least read till I got to the Percy chapters.

Ergh. It's sitting there, on the table, KILLING ME! And I can't even skim the first page! *weeps many bitter tears* I've *hiccup* waited SO long! *hiccup hiccup* AND I CAN'T EVEN READ IT! *sob hiccup sob sob hiccup*
@ Lizzy: Don't worry about it! I get WAY over zealous and often almost spoil things all the time! (though not that anyone I spoil to cares. They don't bother reading it anyway).
