Twilight
Everybody's heard of...
Everybody's heard of Twilight, right? It's, like, the second or third most popular book in the world (other than HP and Eragon). A classic vampire story- with a twist. Modern vampires that drink animal blood and a romance between a human and a vampire. Funny too. I <3 it! Too bad I haven't read Breaking Dawn, the latest book in the series. Has anyone read it? Is it good?

Like a lot of people have said, they think Twilight is better then the rest. But the first Harry Potter is also the best in the series. Again, opinions, but there is your fair comparison, though I really enjoyed the different points of view in Breaking Dawn. I just like that kind of book. I like both almost equally, but I just finished Breaking Dawn, and like I said, I'm very annoyed by the ending. I prefer to at least have a little time elapse before the complete Happily ever after, which you don't get in Breaking Dawn.

Oh my, you guys are so funny. Remember that all people have their own opinions especially concerning books!!! I, personally, love the Twilight Saga. However, I advise all of you out there who are going to read it, are reading it, or have read it - Don't get too caught up in the romance of the books because there's so much more to them like the morals, the choices, and the values and that is truly what makes them great books. :D Defenitly read Breaking Dawn, Nancy! It really ties up the first 3 books while at the same time leaving room for a 5th! Breaking Dawn is my favee :)))

I totally agree with you, Brianna. Totally.

I'm Still trying to read the third book. I had it before Christmas, but during Christmas break my friend needed it back, so now I'm bookless. I hope I get the whole series, then I won't have to borrow from Friends! I sure hope I get them... hehehe

I am mad at the person who posted Midnight Sun and ruined everything for all of us! Now we have to read it off the internet, I am soooo angry...

Okay, I am getting really annoyed now! Why is everyone obsessed with the Twilight saga??? I mean, I think it's OKAY! Seriously though, it's not actually that good! All of the Twilight fans reading this are probably thinking I should shut up, but, hello, I'm allowed to say what I think, right???
By the way, TNO, you totally ROCK!!!

It's funny how you guys fight, no offense. You all make very good points! :D:D!

I really enjoy the fighting, too. It is fun to watch, but I've taken a side. Why doesn't anyone respect the fact that stories should be FINISHED BEFORE YOU TYPE The End in what looks like Edward's handwriting. And Midnight Sun is Edward's point of view. How ridiculous. And now Stephanie Meyer will NEVER finish the Twilight Saga. As for it being a bad book, I've tried to read Dracula. But the only good part is Jonathan Harker's journal. I got about as far as when he found out he was trapped in Dracula's castle. I can see how different the movie could be. I thought that Twilight gave a much different perspective of vampires, one in which they aren't monsters.

I'm on Eclipse now. My fave character is either Edward or Bella. My friends like to role play Twilight characters. I'm Bella, Joe is Jasper, Saoirse is Alice, and Allysa is Angela. (LOL! And I have a stuffed bunny that is Edward.)

I'm Eclipse toooo!!!!

you go TNO!! You really stand up for yourself. I agree with you on this series; there are a lot of better books out there.

Is it ONLY about romance and a vampire dude??? Ugg. Boring. I like books that are about history. Historical Fiction, sort of. You know, every once in a while I like a bit of romance, but most of the time...? Ugg. I know it's sort of weird, but I think it's annoying when people get married... :|

I like historical fiction, too. The only romance books I like are those by Jane Austen.

I think Twilight sounds a bit.... well, gushy. Vampires are okay, but a girl falling in love with a vampire and eventually turning into one doesn't sound very exciting. I know a lot of people like it, but so does one of my enemies who is obsessed with the color pink and talks about clothes and fashion all day. Also, she wants to tear down our school and put in a mall, and she would make breaks all throughout the day so girls could comb their hair and, quote, 'look like popular princesses'. I mean, blech.

*Applauds* Twilight sounds boring. And I like werewolves(probably because of HP, though)!
You know someone like that, Mango? That is book writing material! What about the poor boys... AND I hate shopping! (Except for books and video games)
My (legnthy) review of Twilight is on cricket readers reccomend, on one of the big twilight ones. But, I'll just say: I haven't read it, and don't want to(except for a bad reading) and Edward is not hot, because he does not exist. Can we really listen to a teen on a hormonal rampage's view of someone and automatically think that they are 'hot' and that they are in love with them? Seriously.
And someone marring someone right after school and having kids is.... creepy, to say the least. They are still probably still on a hormonal rampage.
