Under the Sea

Swarms of vivid colors,
Darting in and out of coral.
Tiny mouths nibble at your feet,
Making you giggle.

Watching air bubbles floating
Up to the surface.
Your head pops out,
Taking a deep breath
Of salty ocean air.

Marveling at the shades of blue,
Aquamarine, turquoise,
Soaking up the warmth of sunshine.
You let the waves bob you up and down.
You feel so free.

You dive back down,
Eager to glimpse another world,
Wonder of legends and lore,
Deep beneath the waves.
