I'm actually really happy you wanted to talk to me; I've been wanting to better get to know you for a while. 

I just had my winter concert! It was lots of fun. Do you like concerts? I used to get a little nervous, but every time I do it, I feel less and less nervous about it! Tonight I was mostly excited. We sang all kinds of songs. Some of them were a little challenging, but it worked out! 

I've heard you like The Owl House? Me too! Who's your favorite character? And I love the Barbie Movie, which I think you said you liked, and Star Wars (I mostly watch the TV shows though). 

What sort of music do you like to listen to? Who are your favorite artists, if you have any?

I do like concerts! I definetly get nervous, but as soon as I get on stage I feel excited and just sing. It's amazing. Sadly, I got sick so I missed my holiday concert, and my favourite conducter ever is leaving. D': But, our new conductor is really cool too. 

I'm not really sure who my favourite character is...probably King. So. Cute. (What pronouns does King have? I wasn't sure)

I mostly listen to pop, but sometimes indie too. I LOVE Taylor Swift, Griff, and Katy Kirby.

Yes! I love that feeling, when you're so excited. Sometimes I feel like I'm floating if I'm really into it. I'm sorry to hear that you mission your holiday concert and your conductor is leaving D: But I'm happy to hear the new conductor is also cool!

I love King (I think King uses he/him pronouns)! He's one of my favorites too, along with Raine, The Collector, Willow, Luz, and Amity. And maybe Hunter? Idk I'm pretty indecisive whoops

I like Taylor Swift too! Do you have a favorite song or album of hers?

Yesss King is so cute. (Don't tell him I said that) probably my two favourite Taylor Swift albums are Midnights and 1989. I don't think I can choose a favourite song! :)

So. Good. My favourite song in 1989 is I Know Places, and in Midnights it's... either Karma or Anti Hero. What about you?

I love "Wildest Dreams" from 1989. "Karma" and "Bejewled" are my favorite ones from Midnights!

Happy New Year! What are some goals you have for 2024?

What is your favorite book or book series? What are you reading right now? I'm reading the Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer. 

Also do you have favorite movies and TV shows? I like the Spider-Verse movies, Barbie, Nimona, and TMNT: Mutant Mayhem. 

I saw your new AE! Would you ever want to rp with our AEs sometime?

Do you do Kyngdom? Sorry for asking I just don't remember if you do it or not.

Happy new year! My goals are 1. Make myself a skin care routine 2. Be nicer to my sibling*smiles sheepishly* 3. Learn an instrument, preferably piano. What are some of your goals?

It is SO hard to choose a favourite book... but my favourite series is KotLC and Harry Potter. That's crazy, my Mom and aunt were just talking about the lunar chronicles. What's it about? 

Hey, we share two favourite movies! I love TMNT: Mutant Mayhem and Barbie! I also like Just Add Magic. 

Yeah, we should definitely do that sometime! Maybe not right now, becuase I'm about to have a bunch of school stuff coming of from break and all.

No, I don't do kyngdom, but I'd love to start... just it's a bit overwhelming becuase I don't really know how it works. (Or is it just like the CB?) Anyway, I'd definitely want to do it sometime.

No worries! It's hard to keep up sometimes. :)

That's cool! If you want, I can give you some pointers on making a skin care routine. I know a little bit about it. And I can give some pointers on piano, too! I'm learning it.  

The Lunar Chronicles is like a futuristic version of fairy tales. The first one is futuristic Cinderella. I read book one, Cinder, and am now reading book two, Scarlet. I don't love it, but I don't hate it either. The romance isn't super well written in my opinion, but sometimes the plot is interesting. I'm not sure if I'll continue the series once I finish this book, though.
Fun! Favorite Mutant Mayhem and Barbie characters? I like Just Add Magic! The TV show, right? I watched it a couple years ago.

We're still getting into Kyngdom, all of us CBers who do it. No, it's not like the CB, really. It's a place where you roleplay in a world called Kyngdom. You can have as many characters as you want (I think) but I recommend having just a few to start off. Maybe even one in your case, if you want it to feel low commitment and stuff. People roleplayed there years ago, but we've just started reviving it in 2023. We skipped ten years into the future.

That sounds pretty cool! Maybe I'll try it. I like trying books even if they aren't my favourite ever, becuase I like to try new genres and stuff like that.

My favourite character from Barbie is... ig Sasha (I think that's how you spell it?) and her Mom, but especially Sasha, mostly becuase she's a bit relatable. My favourite character in TMNT: Mutant Mayhem is April. What about you? And yes, the TV show. My favourite part is the friendships.

Actually, I think we can do an RP now! Should we do like a full story, or just a meet-up and conversation? 

Cool! I'm not completely sure if I want to do Kyngdom right now, just because I don't want to commit to anything when I could disappear at any moment from a excess of schoolwork. Possibly in a couple months, or maybe I'll just stick with the CB. If I decide to start, I'll let you know! :D

Do you get snow where you live? If so, what's your favourite thing to do in the snow? And if you don't, what do you like to do in the not-snow?

Sure! So for a skin care routine it's really good to know what skin type you are. Most people say there are 4-7 skin types. I don't want it to get complicated and I know four of them so we're going to say four. There's dry skin, which is rough and, you guessed it, dry. Usually it feels sort of tight, too. Oily skin is shiny and people who have it might be more likely to get acne - which is perfectly okay! I get it and it's normal. However it's kind of uncomfortable sometimes and some people feel embarrassed about it. Combination skin is usually dry on the cheeks or near the eyes, but oily on what most call the "t-zone" - forehead, nose, and chin. Normal skin doesn't really experience any of these problems.

I recommend you do more research on it than just that, but that's the very basics. I advise you to know your skin type before you build a skin care routine, because it's pretty helpful.

Then you'll want to start with a cleanser. These are easy to find at pharmacy stores. Use a cleanser in the morning and the evening! Toner would be the next step, but you don't have to use a toner if you don't want to. Serums are next but like toners I wouldn't say you have to use one, but a lot of people do. You probably should use a moisturizer every day, especially because it's winter, and in the morning you should put on sunscreen. Sometimes you can get moisturizer that comes with sunscreen in it!

Anyway, that's all the tips I have. Mostly just do your research and have fun with it.

For piano, learn all the notes on the piano before trying to play anything. I had a teacher who didn't teach me all the notes, and I would mess up! It's super easy to learn them, but it's imperative that you do. You can print out a simple guide online, since it might help. And once you start learning, practice! It might seem dull at first but it gets fun as you get better at it.

Cool! I like Weird Barbie from Barbie and Donnie from Mutant Mayhem, although I liked all the Mutant Mayhem characters. It's so cool that you like Just Add Magic! I haven't met that many people who've watched it. 

Okay! Uhh, which do you prefer? We could do a meet-up and conversation at first and then see what the characters would want to do for a full story. Like, "after having our AEs chat, we realized they both like books so we're going to do a story where they go to the library" or something. Which AEs do you want to RP with? Here are my AEs:

- Indigo "Indy" (she/they): a shy but sweet artist who's about 13-14

- Chai (she/her): a loud, energetic, fun, outgoing, and sugar-loving 15-year-old

- Quinn (he/she/they): an outgoing, sociable musician who's like 15-17

- Callum (he/him): a grumpy and aloof boy who needs to do more socializing and is about 15-17

You can let me know who between your AEs and mine would get along!
