If I haven't mentioned before, I'm not the best at small talk, so. Um.
pangolin, what is it like playing the guitar, and do you play acoustic or electric? And Palm, what's it like playing the viola? I've heard it's similar to the violin.

I really like dusty purples and blue-grays -- it reminds me of the sky at sunset :)

My lie is 1, and in answer to your questions, my favorite colors are purple and turquoise, and the song that is stuck in my head is this extremely annoying song that I learned to play on the violin. It does not have any words but does have notes that are repeated a lot.
Does either of you have a favorite song in general? My most recent favorite song is probably "Flowers" by Miley Cyrus.

What is your dog like? I confess that dogs aren't my favorite animal ever, because of their habit of jumping on me and thinking that I'm a cat because I smell like one, but some dogs I've met are quite nice.

ah, cool! I've always loved dogs, even if I can't really have one because I live in the city :/ What breed(s) is your dog?
And Seadragon (can I call you Sea?), to answer your question -- it's kind of impossible to choose just one favorite song, but I really love "November," "Night Bus," "Human," and "Salvation," all by Gabrielle Aplin; "Soaked" and "All My Heroes" by LEON; "Heavy" and "Get Back" by Orla Gartland; and literally anything from Taylor Swift's albums folklore, evermore, and Midnights, though I do love a lot of her earlier stuff too. I also love musicals -- literally any song from Hamilton; "Breathe" from In the Heights; and I've recently gotten into Heathers as well -- I like "Candy Store," "Freeze Your Brain," "Seventeen," and "Dead Girl Walking."
But if I really have to chose *one* favorite song, I suppose I'll go with "November" by Gabrielle Aplin. It's a really good song :D
So, questions, I guess: Are either of you into visual art, and if so, do you have any favorite mediums or subjects? do you have any favorite words? do you know/are you learning any other languages?

You can call me Sea, if you wish. I like drawing, but I'm not very good at it, and I also like making books, which is really fun. I have about a thousand favorite words. I know some Spanish; I had a nanny who taught me some and then me and my dad did it on Duolingo during the thickest parts of COVID. I'm also trying to learn Scottish Gaelic, which I've been doing since November 2022; I started doing it for this International Day celebration at my school where you could offer to teach people languages related to your heritage. (Then I was sick for the actual event, didn't get to go, and was angry about it and ripped up the piece of paper on which I had written all my notes. I had memorized most of it anyway, though.)

Ooh, that's cool! Making books is fun :) And I know a little Spanish myself -- emphasis on 'little'; I only know the stuff I've retained from my four years of Spanish in elementary school. And Scottish Gaelic!! That's awesome!! :D I've been trying to learn Irish Gaelic with my dad. (that sucks about the International Day event, btw :/). Was there a reason you decided to take Scottish Gaelic (like do you have Scottish heritage or something) or was did you just think it was cool?

I do have Scottish heritage, but I live in the US and I don't feel like my family is very connected to the places where I'm from, so the language-learning has become my way to connect.

I want to go to Scotland, which may be obvious, but I also want to go on a trip throughout Europe; the appeal of not having to fly as much as you do in the US without contending with ludicrous delays and gaps in schedules is very strong for me.

I've always wanted to travel to Paris, like the Taylor Swift song :D I'm a bit obsessed, and that is pretty much the only music I listen to. Yupppppp
