Petition for changing the Cricket Logo!

I agree with this, but I'd also like to point out that having a "petition" likely won't have much more of an effect than just saying that we want the logo to be changed back, and ultimately the decision is up to editors/publishers/whoever.

I don't know how much they really pay attention to this stuff, but I recall an admin "replying" (or whatever they do) on someone's comment saying they do consider what we say in the Chatterbox and sometimes gave the editors a heads up.
That's right. Your comments are important to us, and the editors do see them. The logo change was a business decision, made for good reasons.

Yeah, I guess I agree, but I don't think we actually have any say in the matter and I respect whatever choices the editors make.

Sure! But agreeing with all the other posts, it's totally what the editors decide, even if we get a million posts on here, they still might not change it.

*winces* just forget about this thread, okay? It makes me feel bad to see all these posts continually reminding me it's the editors' choice, and.....I'm already stressed out enough in my real life. I don't want to be like this. I already made a semi-leaving thread explaining why I don't want to have this stuff, this is just making me want to leave more. *winces again*
Each of my ideas i love dearly, and it really hurts me to see them get shouted down, rejected, or forgotten. It's just that....

I hear you, Nightfall. I really don't want you to leave, and I posted my agreeing comment about the editors before I saw your leaving post. If I had, I never would've posted that. Really sorry about your ideas. I saw your ski lodge, sorry about the confusion on that and all the other incidents. It's your choice to leave, especially if you're too stressed out, but I really want you to stay. SO SORRY FOR POSTING ANOTHER COMMENT AGREEING ABOUT THE EDITORS.

I understand you, honestly. I once made a thread about ideas for screenplays, but it ended up becoming people talking about NaNo (which I'm not even in), so I felt isolated from all the other people posting on my thread. (that was what it felt like, that was not what happened). So I can see why you don't like what happened to this thread. But keep posting. You're still talented. You are still creative. So type the letters right into the boxes, click the submit button, and KEEP POSTiNG.

Nope, I agree with you. pretty much the first thing that i noticed was the logo and it mad me very uh mad? SO I AM SIGNING THIS PETION THINGIE MAGI-forgot how to spell the rest. (also we are the moon/ night peeps, im moonshine your night fall and nightdrop, i believe. STICK TOGETHER. (yeah I am very eccentric today) hm if it doesnt get changed then it will look like my first grade mag forever!(not that its bad just that im in fifth grade )
