If you ‘die’ in one HHG, are you still entered in for the next ones or can you not enter anymore? I know, I’m clueless xD

You don't necessarily "die", you just get KOed. And you are still eligible to compete in the next one. Basically, Ella starburst puts the names of all the CBers who have submitted a post on the "Hinger Games Reaping" thread into a random name generator (or something) and that selects all the tributes.
