Cber Awards: let's see. I don't actually know this CBers NAME, so I'll just call them "an empty world". They created a wonderful World-Waker thread, a completely original idea, and deserve a Creativity award for it. It's also a thread many people enjoy posting on. :)

Location of the Month should be . . um . . . .heh heh . . . Strangest City. Yas, Ok. I still don't fully understand this part.

Anyway, MY float wil be a giant ice dragon, white and blue, and I will be throwing Lifesavers, Reese's pieces, and stuffed animal clothing.
Also, drawings of all the Floof members sounds like a great idea.

Cber awards: Joan B. of Arc and Leeli should get the... uh... not-afraid-of-expressing-their-opinions award? That's the best name I could come up with, since they're so great at standing up for their beliefs and I totally wish I could do that as well as they can.
Location of the Month: Breaking Down Barriers?
LMWAY: My float will be dog-themed! Papier-mache dogs of various bright colors will be all over the float, and a giant multicolored wolf will be in the middle. I will sit on it, throwing out candy and dog toys.
I'd love to see drawings of the Floof members. If you gave me some info on them, I'd be happy to draw the Floof members myself!

Thank you so much, Fleet. That means a lot to me, because I always try my best to stand up for what I believe in in a kind way, and sometimes I worry I’m too harsh or second guess doing it. And I’ve been getting some hate about it lately, so I’m really glad to know someone appreciates it. <3 And I agree that Joan should get that award too; Joan, you’re so good at expressing your opinions and standing up for things all while staying kind and calm and not getting worked up, and I really admire that.

An MCU is, in this case, the Monthly Check-Up. Posted by Floof Industries (Floof is a CBer, yes), the MCU keeps people up to date on what's happening in the month. (It also stands for Marvel Cinematic Universe, but not in this case)

Floof Industries is a group of two AEs, Andrea and Zeke, a CAPTCHAE, Sammy Witch, Two CAPTCHAs, Ted the Elephant and Frank the runny-nosed Dog, and One CBer, Ella Starburst, the head.
The MCU stands for Monthly Check-Up, a post meant to prepare people in a light hearted way for the new month, with funny jokes, important dates, and submissions from you guys!

Float idea: girl scouts are standing on a simple platform that has red, white & blue streamers trailing down from the sides. behind them is a giant model of Captain America's sheild (Sorry, I'm a fangirl :P). On the white star in the middle of the sheild are written several virtues, such as courage, loyalty, compassion, hard-working, ect. Each of the girl scouts is wearing a piece of paper pinned to their fronts displaying one of the virtues. They are throwing Jolly Ranchers, Lifesavers, and Airheads.
Location idea: I said this before: Ladybug's Lane?
What's red, white, blue, and Green? A seasick Uncle Sam.
What's the difference between George Washington and a duck? One has a bill on their face while the other has their face on a bill.

Float: My float would have a huge mountain in the middle, the base of the mountain would be covered in pine trees and then there would be a crystal clear lake surrounding the mountain, surrounding the lake on the edge of the float would be a beach with gorgeously colored rocks. There would be two figurines of me and my cousin (Icy), Icy would be sitting with her feet in the water making beautiful pictures out of fire while I fly over the water doing flips with my wind powers. the float will be throwing candy because I don't think you can replace candy in a parade
tips for catching candy: try not to look to old, try to look young and eager, they'll be more likely to throw candy to you
