I MADE A
I MADE A DUTCH PANCAKE!
In this month's issue, there was a recipe for a Dutch pancake. I baked my own! It was huge; if you're making a single serving, I would advise cutting the recipe in half. Even then, you'd have leftovers. But quarter the powdered sugar amount. It was way too much.
And it was really weird; while it was in the oven, it inflated so much! it was really weird. And then it deflated and was okay. It was really delicious and I enjoyed it! It's best when warm, but I haven't tried reheating yet. If you've made one/modified the recipe, I would love to hear!

Thanks for all the comments! I didn't know that so many people visited This Month :D
When you're baking your half-size pancake, keep the temperature the same but halve the time. I haven't tried it yet, but it makes sense and hopefully will work.
