Admins, Do you know if-for this months contest-you have to paint a picture or can i also draw a picture.  i read that you can draw anything yo want, and then I drew something, and I read it again, and i saw paint a picture.

 

The contest was really meant for paintings, since there was painting in several of the stories. Sorry.

Hey, Admin, sorry we're asking so many questions about this month's painting contest, but can we paint a picture, then make a copy of it to send to you??  Because I want to keep the original, but I wasn't sure if you'd be okay with a copy.  Is it?  Thanks!!  Sorry if that's not clear!! :)

Yes, you can submit a good color photocopy or photograph of an original painting. But if the quality is not as good as the original work, your work may not be judged as high as the original would have been. The art director prefers  original work. You may always send a self-addressed stamped envelope with your Cricket League entry to get your original work back from us, though if it's deemed a winner or honorable mention it will be a few months before you get it back.

We don't mind the questions. We're glad you're interested!

Thank you, Admin, for answering my questions!!! :):) I have a pretty good copier (I've messed up before when trying to figure out which picture's the original), so I think it should work!!  Thanks! :D
