Congratulations to Katydid, Shadow Dragon, Dragonrider, Owlgirl, Theo W., The Teller Of Tales (Shadow Dragon [I was waiting for a clip of this to be published in a Cricket issue ;)]), The Manager (I don't know who this CBer is), Kaia, Doris B., Riley S., Vivian L., S.E., Hermione G., and Shadowdancer for being published! I was super surprised to find the Inkwell section in it (I learned of it after my sister said, scorn dripping from her voice, "There's roleplay stuff" after looking the Cricket issue over) but half the things published weren't even from the Inkwell. I wonder if any of my posts will be published. . . Probably not. But it can't hurt to hope, right?
A side not: I'm entering the story contest. Wish me luck (or not)!

Thanks, Aquina! For the contest, I may need to rewrite it a few times because I'm having some trouble with the word count (seriously: 360?! That's only ten words off, come on!). I wonder if I can send a correspondant illustration with my story. . .

Okay, thanks, Admins. It's a relief to know that contractions don't count! Because then, I'd be in trouble. I think I need to rewrite it. My surprise visitor doesn't change much.

Disregard my last comment. The Manager is TARDISrider under a different name. I have a CB story written under the Camp Manager and I referred to myself as The Manager and I got confused. Never mind... *sigh*

I haven't gotten my Cricket issue yet (it's only Jan seventh. I sometimes don't get it for a while), and I can't wait to see what is in it!
I love getting Cricket. It makes me so happy when I go to the mailbox, and I'm like "There's Cricket! Oooh look at the cover illustration!"
