The Hunger Games

The Hunger Games movie coming out in March looks pretty good, and it seems to stick to the book fairly well.  Jennifer Laurence seems almost perfect for Katniss.  Can't wait to see it, this is one of the few movies that I will scrape up $7 for to see in theatres.  Anyone else see the trailer?

I did. I think it could either be good or bad. I like Katniss, though I wasn't impressed by her at first. I imagined her much prettier and a little more emotional. Peeta is wrong. Just. Plain. Wrong. Sorry, but I think the actor wasn't a good choice... at all. Gale is awesome (and handsome ;D). Rue is also well done and Prim and- I think you get my point. :)

I was also a little confused about the choice for Peeta.  The scenes in the trailor didn't seem like him at all...but I'll wait and see.  I think the actress for Katniss is perfect because I always imagined Katniss as very un-emotional (at the beginning) and asserting her independence, taking charge.
