Who's as excited

Who's as excited as I am that The Phantom Menace is coming to theaters in 3D on February 10th?  Two of my friends and I already have plans to watch it together that day.  :):):)

I'm going to watch it tomorrow night to find out just what I'm going to watch in 3D.  :):):)

Hopefully, the other movies in 3D will follow. :):):)

While we're on the topic of Star Wars, what's your favorite episode?  So far, my favorite's The Return of the Jedi.  :):):)

Can you tell I'm happy?

Star Wars is amazing!!!!  I can't wait!  My favorite episode would probably be the return of the Jedi.  Some people call me Darth Voldemort because I'm crazy about HP and Star Wars!

My favorite is probably Return of the Jedi. But I'm not that obsessed with Star Wars, and 'star wars logic' has become one of the terms I use.

Other terms:

* perfect as a unicorn horn

* go to Fantage

* all of the Draconian swearwords used in the roleplay on the Inkwell.

I've only seen all the SW episodes, like, twenty times EACH. *hashugemegastarwarsfandad*

I hate the 3rd one. Mostly because of the whole "Ani, Ani, you're breaking my heart!" thing, which my mom feels the need to say every time someone mentions Star Wars. -_-

I either like the 6th episode or 1st episode the most. 6th because... it's the last. And the 1st because it has "Tiger Face" who I used to be scared of when I was little. And it has Quy Gon Something who has the awesomest hair ever. :P

@Matttie

There are six episodes of Star Wars: The original 1, 2, and3 is now called 4, 5, and 6. They came out in the late 70's-early 80's.  The first one, originally called just Star Wars, was retitled A New Hope. In.. I think '97 it became episode 4.  When it was released then, they added some computer generated scenes.  2 and 3 became 5 and 6.  The next year, they released Episode 1,  The Phantom Menace, which is now being released in 3D.  There is also a new Episode 2 and 3.  I haven't watched those two yet.

I watched Episode 1 last night, and I thought it was awesome, but it still didn't match the epicness found in the originals.  Now I know what I'm seeing in 3D.  So excited!  I went to see Beauty and the Beast in 3D today (which was amazing) and there was a preview of it.  It showed scenes from all six movies in it, so I think they are releasing the others in 3D.  I already know for a fact the pod race is gonna look awesome in 3D, because when I went on Star Tours: The Adventure Continues, we were in a pod race.  That ride is in 3D.  Also, in the commercial, it showed a scene where droids were shooting at Obi-Wan and Quagon and they were deflecting them with their lightsabers.  When the deflected bullets hit the droids, it looked like it fell right off the sceeen.

When we saw Beauty and the Beast today, it wasn't as popping out as movies made for 3D.  I don't think it's going to be that way with Star Wars because it's George Lucas.  His special effects people are going to go all out.

Speaking of 3D, Beauty and the Beast was awesome in it.  In the beginning, when the camera moves through the forest, it feels like you're actually there.  It looks so cool!  Also, when it's raining at the end, I seriously thought I was going to get wet.  We found out during the previews that Finding Nemo is the next one to go to 3D, coming out in the fall.  And I know for a fact my personal favorite, The Little Mermaid, is coming out in 3D next year.  Yay!  Going under the sea in 3D!  *starts dancing*  Speaking of The Little Mermaid and Star Wars, the guy who plays Luke Skywalker did background voices in The Little Mermaid.  Cool, right?

Well, sorry for babbling,
