Sewing
I suppose this isn't really the arts so much as art, but there's no where better on the Cricket site.
So... does anyone else out there like to sew?
Or design?
Or in general dream about making clothing?
Besides me?
You, maybe?
Tell tell!

I sewed a skirt somewhat recently (and then my mom finished it...heh...heh). I have also completed some other small projects, but then I also made an elvish dress. But that's about all my experience with sewing. What about you?

Too many things to list... most recently, a blue skirt, a blue linen tunic, a Tshirt, maybe a Tshirtish tunic, a dress and a sweater modified from one found at Saver's ;). I also make my Halloween costumes and a few other things.
TOP TOP TOP TOP TOP!
Even Spammy agrees! He says "fntp!" Get it? Fun top! That either means he likes my new tunic or he thinks this thread is fun and it should be topped! Good judgement, Spammy!
Ps. Oops. Well he did say that. But after writing the above I forgot to put "fntp" in the field below. Now he says "frrb."

Hey, that's so cool, Sylvia! I love sewing too! Though I've hit a few snags lately in my projects. What else have you made?

Ummmmm... I listed them already... and anyway I think we're the same person.

Okay...
I don't do sewing much. Well, actually not at all. But I would like to!

Ah hah. I totally did not see that thread. ;) That's cool! What's the first thing you remember making? By which I mean, with an actual needle and actual thread and actual cloth. Like the first think I remember making was a die. That is, like plural dice. Only it was made of cardboard with holes punched in the edges and I was supposed to do one seam a day with a plastic needle and thread for yarn :p. I wonder what happened to that. I've always had dreams of being a famous fashion designer. Anyone who ditches that die will die! Someday a museum will pay millions for it! No, I'm just kidding.
Oh, and a friend of ours is offering a sewing class, so if you live in RI near Providence and are willing to pay like $200 you're welcome to join...
