Part 2 of
Chatterbox: Pudding's Place
Part 2 of
Part 2 of the Percy Jackson RP. So the other thread was finished and this is going to be part 2! Admin, I'm just wondering, has there ever been a part 2 of a thread before? Or is this the first one?
This is the first one to the best of my knowledge. In the past it seems that RPs have gone on and on and then just kind of petered out. You all brought this Part 1 to just a nice ending . . . , but allowing the story to go on if the writers so desire! Let Part 2 begin!

Tray-
Two things came into my mind. I said them both. "What's that spy for Nick," I spat out the name like poison, "doing here? And why is that high-maintenance makeup-covered person in my cabin?" I asked. Adonia looked generaly hurt. "Tray!" Sam slapped me. "Great, back to being a human punching bag. I knew it would happen eventually." "Tray, you're missing the point. She's NOT high-maintenance, and you heard my story!" Sam glared. "Okay, whatever. So Jenifer, get out." I smiled dangerously. "Nice girl," Adonia muttered. "Shut up." I turned back to Jenifer. "GET OUT!" I shouted again. "Idiot," she muttered. "Brainless slave," I spat. She motioned to punch me but Sam and Nell and Adonia held her back. "Stop, Jen," Sam said fiercely. I only smirked. "You know Tray, my brother still has the wounds you gave him, and he's on crutches!" she snarled. "Good." I smiled. "So, what do we do now?" I asked. "Take Jen to Chiron?" I suggested. "No, she's fine, right Jen?" "Right." "I don't trust her," I said. "You know what happened last time. She's just going to try and kill us again." I glared at her. She glared back. "I'll never trust her, never," I spat. "Okay Captain Sunshine, then what should we do with her?" Adonia asked me. "Toss her into the lake." I grinned devilishly. "NO!" Sam shouted. "Fine, do what you want. I still say we toss her in the lake." I walked out the door and into the forest. I heard a twig snap. I turned, my knife ready. Someone snuck up behind me and covered my mouth, and an arm went around my neck. "Where is Jenifer?" Nick. "Why should I tell you?" I asked. His arm tightened around my neck. "Where?" he asked. "Never, telling," I choked out. "Fine, you won't tell, I'm sure Jason, Sam, and Nell would if they knew it was you or Jen." He grinned evily. Again? He made an Iris message in the waterfall I didn't know we had. Sam's, Jason's, Nell's, and Adonia's faces appeared in the mist. "Eh-em." Nick cleared his throught. "Nick," Jason spat. I was pushed into view. "TRAY!" Jason's eyes got huge. I sighed. "Tell me where Jenifer is, or watch Tray die." They exchanged a glance. "What do we do?" I heard Sam whisper. "Let Tray die?" Adonia suggested. Nick's grip tightened. I made a gagging noise. "No, she's not going to die." Jason glared at her.

Here's my profile-
Name-Nick
Parent-Zeus
Appearance-tall, blonde
weapon-spear
notes-insane, almost sucked the powers from every Olympian, attempting to use Uranus to rule the universe, you know, that old thing
(May 9, 2011 - 5:43 pm)
By the way, I wanted to point out that Nick is not trying to raise Cronus! He is using Uranus as a slave to rule.
(May 9, 2011 - 5:45 pm)
I grinned wolfishly and tightened my grip around Tray's throat.
"I can't believe you actually care for your sister," Adonia spat. I shrugged. "Oh, I do. She is a little misguided, of course. Still thinks that Cronos is the mastermind. Of course, he's not, but, she doesn't need to know that."
"Horns began to blow as the camp awakened and noticed us. Armor clatterd as they raced down the path, drawing swords and daggers.
"Well, goodbye, my friends," I cried as the campers formed a circle around us. Chiron trotted up before us, a bow in his hand.
"Nick," he said. "You are surrounded."
"Yes, yes," I said dismissively. "Well, I must be off." The clearing suddenly erupted in a flash of light as a pillar of flame appeared around me. Campers were thrown to the ground by the massive shock wave. The head of a giant, fiery eagle reared up from the fire, spreading its fiery wings. With a keening shriek, it flapped its mighty wings once, and it disappeared, the fire vanishing to a wisp of smoke.
Down in the Underworld, a steady humming sound began to emit from the air on a dark, lonely, rocky cliff. First to appear was my head, flaming, with smoke curling through the air. Fire wreathed below me, forming into my body, my spear clenched in my hand. I allowed myself a tight grin. After months of self-enforced rehabilitation, I had returned. Nick, scourge of Olympus and master of Titans, was back.

Umm, can Adonia be not rude and sarcastic? I just really want her to be a nice person.
//Adonia//
"Let her go," Jason yelled. Nick just squeezed his arm around her neck tighter. I decided I had better try. I made my voice as persuasive as I could. "Nick, let her go." He slackened his arm slightly. "Stop choking her and let her go," I said. His arm dropped and he let her go. After a few moments he looked confused by what he'd done.
"Tray, run," I yelled. She did and and she was lost from sight. Nick was still standing there and then he too sprinted out of our view as well. I put my hand through the IM and raced out the door. The others followed at my heels. We ran into the woods and bumped into Tray who was gasping for breath. I didn't see Nick. I didn't know where he had gone, but I didn't care as long as it was away from here.
"So, may I have an explanation please?" I asked. "I think you deserve one after that," said Sam. She began to relate to me about their quest and why Nick had tried to kill Tray and why he wanted Jen back so much.
I hope that was all right.

That was great, and I'm sorry for making Adonia that way, I really am. By the way. Nick and Jenifer don't fall for charmspeak. They're the only ones that don't because they have this special power. I don't know what it is, but because of it Charmspeak doesn't work on them.

//Jenifer//
I sat in my cold cabin, looking at the bed that Nick ususally slept in. I had been sent to Camp to spy on the rest, and Chiron was put on a spell. I felt a tingle in my gut. I ignored it and continued moping. I heard a scream, probably something I caused. Ah, how I love pranks. I grabbed a sword and crept outside, careful to stay in the shadows. Phm, hiding is for wimps. I made my atoms see-through and changed into invisible clothes. My sword was sheathed, but I took it out. I came to the clearing by the lake and saw Nick and Tray, (about to kill each other), and an Irish message. "Where's Jenifer?!" "I [grunt] don't know!" Tray gasped while Nick held a knife to her throat. (Oh how I'm proud of my brother.) "Nick. I'm here." I turned visible and ran up to hug him. "Jen! Everyone leave. Now." He swiped his hand across the message and threw Tray in the lake. Haha. "So, tell you the news..."

So are we going to go with yours or mine?
(May 9, 2011 - 7:16 pm)

Haha. Spammy says zbwy

Okay, lets promis that we won't post until we read the other person's post! 'Cause otherwise it's going to be a big problem. I think I'll kinda combine you guys's post. And Nick W. posted something too.
Tray-
I was drenched and panting. "We LOST Jen?!" I sat on a rock. "Okay, Chiron, or what?" I asked. "Yup, and you, infermary." Jason said, staring right at me. "No, I'm not that bad." He lifted my chin to see a cut all across my throught. "Ya, you are. Now go." He took me to the infermary, where some girl from Apollo cabin gave me something to put on it and the cut was instantly gone. "Now I'm fine." I said to Jason. We walked back to where Sam, Nell, and Adonia were. "So, Chiron?" They nodded. "Yup."
I'll post more later.

Is my prophecy, Okay?
Sam—
We walked up to the big house, paused, and continued in. Alittle while later, Chiron, came out in his wheel chair, dressed in some pajamasthat said: “I’m a party centaur!” “What has happened?” He asked gravely.
We quickly recited the story and Chiron was silent. Then hestared at each of us and nodded as if to himself. “Sam, you witnessed most ofthis, go to the oracle.” He told me. I had a feeling of dread in the pity of mystomach but I stood up and walked away from the ping-pong table. I walked upthe rickety steps into the attic. Old medals, helmets and swords lay around inheaps. I turned to the mummy. She looked worn out with a few black hairs and acolorful hippy dress. I waited paitiently and then the mist formed.
Five will set offalone,
with heavy burdens onthe shoulders,
they shall passthrough the woman’s song,
one shall fall into darkness,
four shall go on andlook for the world’s end,
defeat the beast andcome back with a friend.
The green missed coiled back into the mummy’s old mouth. Ifelt shaken and walked back downstairs to my friends at the ping-pong table.
“What did she say?” Tray inquired.
“Five will set offalone, with heavy burdens on the shoulders, they shall pass through the woman’ssong, one shall fall intodarkness, four shall go on and look for the world’s end, defeat the beast andcome back with a friend.” I recited the poem once more. Chiron had anexpression of deep thinking on his face. “My children, sleep tonight and weshall see how the quest goes on. We walked out of the Big House quietly andwithout saying a word, parted in the middle of the dining pavilion.
I walked back into my cabin with Nell. She went back ontoher bed and was asleep in minutes. It wasn’t as easy for me. I put my handsbehind my blond head and crossed my tan arms over my ocean blue Cape Cod shirt.Another quest was before my doorstep, waiting for me to open.

That was the best prophecy I've ever heard. No joke. Better than RR's prophecies. NO JOKE!
Tray-
I was thinking about the prophecy all night. I decided to try and translate every line.
Five will set off alone- Me, Sam, Nell, Jason, and Adonia will set off on our own.
With heavy burdens on their shoulders- Obvious, heavy burden. I didn't like the sound of that.
They shall pass through the women's song- Gaia? Her song? I wasn't sure.
One shall fall into darkness- That was self-explanitory as well, but who? Me? (For real can it be Jason? 'Cause I kinda wanna get rid of him.)
Four shall go on and look of the world's end--Did that mean Judgement Day, or the literal end of the world. Like a cliff that if you fall off you fall into nothingness?
Defeat the beast and come back with a friend--What beast, and what friend? So far I don't have many friends. Truly only 4. The four that were coming on the quest with me.
That was that. I could only really figure out one line. The other's I had question's about. I didn't understand it, but I'd tried my best. I fell asleep and woke up just as suddenly in a dark pit. The Underworld. "Can't I just get 1 night of sleep! One! Is that so much to ask?!" I complained. "My child, I have news for you." Hades appeared, looking more propper and God-like than I've ever seen him. "Ya?" I asked. "The prophecy, I shall show you what it means....." With that pictures flashed in front of me. The first was of the five of us leaving camp. The second showed us each holding the sky up. The third, a woman cloaked in such blackness I could only tell it was a woman because we were walking toward her and she was singing. The fourth was of Jason with shadows under his eyes. The fifth was of four cloaked figures sailing on a ship away from the land while something lit up the sky behind us. The sixth was of four hooded figures holding swords up to a creature in the shadows, and the seventh was of 5 hooded figures walking back into camp. The pictures explained little, but enough. "Thank you, father," I said as politely as possible. "You are welcome. Do not tell anyone of the things you have seen now until they happen in real life. You can only tell them that you have seen seven things that correspond to each line in the prophecy. That you have seen things happen. These pictures will haunt your dreams until they happen," he said sadly. "Wait, we're all going to hold up the sky?" I asked. "No, only you," he said. Then the dream was over. I woke up screaming for the heck of it. What I'd just seen was scary enough, but what I'd heard was even worse. I rushed into Sam's cabin and said, "We must talk, now. All five of us," I said urgently. Immediately she got up Nell and Adonia and Jason. We walked into my cabin and I said this exactly, "I have seen seven things that correspond to each line of the prophecy. They are of things that will happen. They will haunt me until they happen. And Hades made me promise not to tell you what they are until they happen," I said, just as Hades had said to do so.

Wow, thanks! Sorry, it didn't rhyme a lot! And the darkness thing was specifically meant for Jason, if that's OK? :) I was wondering if I could change five to six so that if Jen wants to come she can. I mean Nick doesn't have to sweep in and take her away all the time... Anyway, I have to go to school so I'll post later.
(May 11, 2011 - 12:25 am)
You're welcome! Just sittin here, waitin' for someone to post. *Waits quietly and patiently*
(May 11, 2011 - 4:07 pm)
I'm waiting with you Sam. I'm brain dead, and I don't know what Jen would be doing right now. I'm just captivated by my cat.
