I think I finally know which college I want to get into! I know, it's a bit early, but I've been looking through colleges for about four months, and I had been having no luck! But then I was looking at an article about John Mayer, and it said that he'd been a dropout at Berklee College in Boston. So I Googled Berklee, and looked at their site, and it looks totally awesome! But wow, it'll take a lot of talent for me to get in!
So, I've decided to post a couple questions about college (I'm into questionnaires, if you haven't noticed. I like finding out people's opinions).
1-What college do you want to get into, if you've decided, and why?
2-Have any of your friends/acquaintances gotten into any famous colleges, and if so, how?
3-Do you even want to go to college at all?
4-What subjects do you want to study?
5-What do you want to major/minor in?
My answers
1-As I said above, Berklee, because it seems like a very nice school, and it's all about contemporary music, not classical like Juilliard.
2-Yes, my former ballet teacher, H, got a full scholarship to STANFORD. I'm not sure how, but she's just that smart. =) Her picture actually got posted on the website when she attended a football game. I saw it, and her face was all covered in face paint. XD It was SO funny.
3-Yes, I do. I didn't used to, because, as I thought, it's just another four years of school! Yes, it is, but if I don't get into college, then I probably won't ever get to follow my dream of being a really good musician. So, I'm going to college, ha ha!
4-Well, I was looking at the courses Berklee offers, and several looked interesting: Songwriting, Composition, Contemporary Writing and Production, Performance, and Professional Music
5-Probably major in Songwriting and/or Professional Music, minor in any of the other three (four), maybe a combination of them.

OMG, he went to JULLIARD???? =0 I think that's probably my third choice, OMG, so cool! I'd study subjects like that too. =)

1-What college do you want to get into, if you've decided, and why? Um, I dream of Harvard, but... My parents want me to go to U of Toronto so I can still live with them. But I think I want to go to Yale. It's not as prestigious as Harvard and probably a bit easier to get into. (oh, and someone said they did NaNo and they got in, of course, they probably said a bunch of other stuff...)
2-Have any of your friends/acquaintances gotten into any famous colleges, and if so, how? Nope.
3-Do you even want to go to college at all? Uh. I want to go to university if that's what you're asking.
4-What subjects do you want to study? Writing (probably won't get in for that), computer science, and/or teaching. I wouldn't do music because I'd get nervous for every class. :-P
5-What do you want to major/minor in? I want to major in Artificial Intelligence (computer science) or CGI (if you can major in that). Dunno what to minor in. :-)
