Does anyone else

Does anyone else play guitar? Well, let me clarify. I just got a BEAUTIFUL guitar on Halloween, and I'm using this book, How to Play Guitar to teach myself! =) So far it's a lot of fun, even if I'm hopeless at G chords. XD I'm hoping my fingers don't hurt too much after I really get into playing. That would be bad for my NaNo-ing. X(

back to the Pudding's Place

I played guitar in fifth grade, but I don't play it now.  I play the flute, and two whole notes on the viola, but not guitar.  When I played in fifth grade it really hurt my fingers, but I think I played it wrong anyway.  :)  I can see how sore fingers would mess up with nano-ing.  I'm doing the ywp, but I still have to write 1,000 words a day! :)

Flute and viola are cool! =) I think my best friend plays flute.... or violin, I can't remember which. X( My fingers are kinda sore, but that's okay. It has messed up my NaNo-ing, it's irritating. OMG, my word goal is 15,000, but I'll probably change it to, like, 20,000 or something. What's your username? Mine's elizabethcricketeer.

NDT does, and so does my dad. I'll tell him (NDT, not my dad) to look out for this thread and comment on it, as my knowledge of guitar is pitifully small.
