Eclipse
Yeah. Soo. I was entertained, but only mildly.
umm, best Twilight movie yet, but that's not saying much. RobPatt was his usual, so was Kristen Stewart. Taylor could've been much better. Rosalie, Emmet, and and Alice were once again the best actors. It followed the book pretty closely, actually, and the poem towards the beginning sort of set the tone. Was "Fire and Ice" by Frost or Shakespere? (whoops, spelled that wrong) I don't remember.
Ther final fight sequence was kind of like a gore movie without the actual gore... weird. And not dramtic enough.
And Ed was like totally contradicting himself, like "I don't like you hanging around with vampires" in the first two movies, but sort of like this in the third "No, you can't hang around with the werewolves who are born to protect you, you should hang around with the vampires who have to torture themsleves just to be near you". And him just being able to get over the scent of Bella's blood, what was that about? Both of these issues were in the book, but I don't think we ever addressed them.
Comments?

FaI was Frost.
Haha, that's a perfect description of the fight scene.
That would be Movie!Plot Hole #42... he magically gets over her "singer" blood. >.< Strange, oy vey.

I have never seen or read the Twilight series (because I'm not allowed to). So, um, I have no idea who Ed is.
Why I'm here; I'm going to a birthday party on Sunday and we might watch Eclipse, so, I'll leave now. Laterz!

Anonymous: Well I guess that means you like Breaking Dawn. :-P
Everyone: I just saw the movie today! It was better than I expected. Here are a few things that aren't flattery to the movie:
Edward needs to get his hair cleaned
Emmet needs more lines (he is HOT, sorry *blushes*) Yeah, go Team Emmet!
The new-born vampire girl shouldn't have been killed. (boo to you Felix)
Edward burned Victoria's perfectly good jacket.
The movie needs more action.
It's rated PG.
The good things:
Taylor Lautner *giggles* (my friends and I kept on saying, "Survival 101" today)
Dakota Fanning (she's really good)
Rosalie (her story is so sad)
Alice
Emmet
Jasper
Fire and Ice (that's a good poem)
All in all, it was better than I expected. But from most non-twi-fans' reviews, I had set my expectations low. SURVIVAL 101. (sorry)
Oh, and to add to the fact that, "survival 101" is my new catchphrase, so is "Skillage". Skillage happens to be a disease. I'm off to BaB!

Ooops, I forgot Breaking Dawn. Also bad.

I too was very *smeyerword* chagrined when he burned her jacket. Bad Sparklepants.

Alright guys you are being sooo ridiculous everyone knows that Eclipse was awful personally my only fave part was Taylor. My sister calls him Taylor Hot-ner.(if you don't get it say it out loud and it makes more sense.) Anyway, little quiz; Ed or Jake?
(July 14, 2010 - 1:16 pm)
Lautner has an ugly face though. And his voice is... grating...
Riley and the score were by far the only good parts. Besides snarkery of course. But that goes without saying, right?
