Most annoying little

Chatterbox: Pudding's Place

Most annoying little

Most annoying little kids shows ever!

I think the title speaks for itself, don't you?

Anyway, my least favorites ones are these (not nescessarily in this order):

1. The Wonder Pets. A few cute moments, but...just lacking in charm. The only part of the show I like is Ming-Ming. Linny is annoying, and Tuck is...okay, sometimes. At others-don't even get me started.

2. My Friends Tigger and Pooh. The minute I heard the song, I thought, "Oh no, not Winnie-the-Pooh too!" My friends, Tigger and Pooh, we're always there for each oth-er...Blegh. *gags* So different from good old, "Deep in the Hundred Acre Wood, where Christopher Robin plays, you'll find the enchanted neighborhood, of Christopher's childhood days..." A.A. Milne must be very unhappy. They messed up the instant they started making up stories that AAM didn't. And now look what's happened!

3. The Little Einsteins. I know that they, along with TWP (The Wonder Pets), are quite popular among older children, although I cannot see why. Well, obviously those older children who say, "Aw, they're CUTE!" don't have to watch them over and over and over for days and days and days...From the annoyingly catchy theme song to Annie's so-called "singing" to the little problems that can always be solved by playing the same segment of classical music over and over, they disgust me.

4. Frances. Maybe you haven't heard of this one (lucky you...). If not, she is an animated badger with human teeth who never goes outside, plays the piano, and acts like a brat and gets away with it. If you have...poor you.

5. Dora. I liked this for a while, now I don't know why. It was okay in the old days, now all of a sudden it's gotten annoying. *Sighs*...isn't that the truth with everything?

Well, there you have it. Feel free to rant about other shows, or add to my rant. Especially about Tigger and Pooh.

Andy P. C. says okiz. Maybe I did get a little carried away, he's saying, "Okeeez..." which translates to "Okaaaays..."

I really liked Blue's Clues when I was little. It was pretty much my favorite show when I was 3.

@ wolfgirl67

I totally agree with you about the Winnie the Pooh new cartoons.  I mean, I really love Winnie the Pooh books, and some of the old cartoons on vhs and stuff, but the new cartoon thing they are doing is soo stupid!! (Sorry Admin, I got a wee bit carried away.)  Soo yeah,

When I was a little kid I loved watching this horrible remake of Pooh, I'm pretty sure it was called Pooh Party. All the scenarios were really, really, really, STUPID. I don't even know why I liked to watch it.

And now, whenever Dora comes on, when they ask questions to the audience about "where are we going next?" we say something stupid like "Your hair" or "away from the poor kids you are torturing."

In response to ald, yeah. Blues Clues made my sister crazy. In one part of the episode they can magically jump into a book or picture by dancing and singing "Blues Skiddoo, we can too!" After that, my sister thought she could "skidoo" into the Tv and visit Blue. She went on believing that for months on end.

I don't mind when Steve asks me a question, but I do mind with Joe. *gags* He is just so...dumb, somehow.

@ZNZ (about IMHO): Well, I was close! ;)

Re: IMHO: Yes, you were.

@CJ: I think you're trying to do different fonts, and that's the reason for the copy-and-paste stuff that came up under your post, but just so you know, CB can't handle fonts besides this one. Sorry. :(

That's the problem! I didn't try to do another font here. I did in the Inkwell, though. What a mess!

@Bonsai: Peprika is a kind of spice.

I'm not really up-to-date with this (not having any relatives young enough for this sort of thing except for third-, fourth-, and fifth-cousins whom I've never met, I haven't really seen any since I myself was very young), but I'll try to find something worthwhile to say anyway. I'll post about what I've seen. I agree about Dora and Winnie The Pooh, I think, although I wouldn't know. I agree with WG about BC. I loved it when I was little, but only until Joe came with... With... what was her name? Periwinkle? Hm... Anyway, I liked it when he didn't exist, and the characters were all either real people or animated cartoons, not stuffed animals.

By the way, paprika is a spice. Which I had never heard of, being so young, and therefore assumed that it was just a name.

Also, The Muppets. My Theater Arts class was forced to watch their version of A Christmas Carol. I tried to read the entire time, but I couldn't.It was too loud, and too annoying. Frankly, it was, in my opinion, the worst interpretation of classic literature ever. Worse even than GIC. The entire time, I just kept thinking, What on Earth are they DOING to A Christmas Carol?! How could they?! and similar things. It was horrible. Ugh.

@Ima: I agree. My Dad made me watch it (A Christmas Carol). I thought it was so dumb (i.e., "Oh no, the ghost of Christmas future!" "OK, we'll be back for the finale...this is creepy!").

Well, Dickens' A Christmas Carol is a classic treasured by many. It will mean more to you when you are older.

@ Ima

I like that version.  Of course, I love the Muppets, so it makes me a little biased.
