Percy Jackson/Harry Potter similarities

This probably should be in BaB, but it doesn't seem like many people go there. Anyway, there are a ton of similarities in PJ and HP, mostly characters, which I would like to share. I couldn't really match up Luke from PJ, but if you have any ideas, please tell me.

Percy Jackson=Harry Potter

Grover=Ron

Annabeth (daughter of the goddess of wisdom)=super-smart Hermione

Chiron=Dumbledore

Mr. D=Snape

Kronos=Voldemort

Clarisse=Draco (although she's a little nicer than him)

Ares=Lucious Malfoy

Travis and Connor Stoll (twin sons of the god of thieves)= Fred and George (duh)

Camp Half-Blood=Hogwarts

Thalia's Pine Tree=Whomping Willow

The sky at camp=Ceiling of Great Hall

The Gods=Ministry of Magic

 

Even if they are kinda alike, I still enjoy Percy Jackson.

O, and Mary Jo -- the Stoll brothers, contrary to popular belief, are not twins. Just brothers.

True. Just thought I'd mention it. Rachel is like Luna? Maybe a little. Except that nobody in their right minds ever thought Harry and her would get together. (Although I never thought R.E.D. and Percy would. It was so obvious he'd get together with Annabeth.)

@ZNZ-Oh yeah, you're right. They're not twins. Also, I was kind of freaked out that Percy would end up with Rachel, but my sister's friend told me, "Percy and Rachel get married!" which I figured, of course, was reverse psychology. So yeah, she spoiled the end for me in a good way; I felt very relieved after hearing that. :D

HP=David

Uncle Vernon=Uncle Bernard

Aunt Petunia=Aunt Dot

Dudley=Much Younger Version of Cousin Ronald

Sirius=Much more unfortunate version of Astrid

Luke=Ron (MC's BF)? Or Hagrid (person who introduced MC to magic)0? Hm...

The Flower Bed=The Compost Heap

Harry's Inheritance $, which he didn't tell his relatives about for fear that they would steal it to sell and use=David's Inheritance $, which his relatives stole & used

 And The Naming=Eragon & LotR, but I don't remember enough of the former to specify.

 And PJ=The Kronos Chronicles!

Charlotte=PJ

Charlotte's cousin whose name I cannot recall=Annabeth, sort of

The gods=The titans

The titans=The gods

Poseidon=Neirius

Neirius=Poseidon

And you get the point. KK=PJ inside out. Everything's the opposite.

Just so you know, I think Luke is kind of Draco + Peter Pettigrew. How is Thalia's pine the Whomping Willow????
