So I just started listening to K-pop and I need people to talk about it with because my area is (shockingly) absent of other K-pop fans:(
My main group is stray kids(also my first group),My ult bias is Han(jisung) I also like xdinary heroes(my bias is gaon),and I'm open to other group rec's.

FINALLY ANOTHER K-POP FAN AHHHHHHH
I have been a HUGE fan of K-pop for over a year and a half now, but my absolute fave band is BTS (how I discovered K-pop) but there are so many other good bands out there. I could tell you some so g suggestions if you'd like some!
Honestly , I haven't really listened to Stray Kids all that much. maybe you could give me a few of your faves by them? I like/know about CHK CHK boom and Lalalalala buuuut that's about it lol
Me just now reading exactly what you said lol soooo other bands! My second fave band is Enhyphen, definitely. My favorite songs by them are Sweet Venom, XO, aaaaand yeah I need to remember song names lol. For girl bands, I enjoy TWICE, they have lots of good songs, Feel Special is probably my favorite. IU is a single artist, and her voice is sooo pretty! I'd recommend any song by her. I love the song Supernova by aespa, the song Boom boom bass by RIIZE, Super Shy by New Jeans, and JUST ASK ME if you want morrrrre
But back to BTS, if you haven't heard of them, you should listen! They are literally the most accomplished K-pop band... EVER. A few of my top favorites include Dynamite, Idol, Make It Right, Boy with luv (feat. Halsey) Outro: Wings, Home, On, Life Goes on aaaaand that's prob good for now :DDD
My BTS bias is both Jungkook and V, and they both have great solo music as well. V has 5 song long album called Layover, and Jungkook has an album called Golden. They also have singles scattered around (all the other members {Jimin, RM, Suga, Jin, and J-Hope} also have solo albums)

So for stray kids I always recommend Maniac,Thunderous,and S-class to people who might be interested.If you're still interested after that I can help you with how to listen to ALL their music(there's quite a bit so it can be a little intimidating)Chk Chk Boom and Lalalalala are some of my favorites btw:)Their going on tour soon so I'm trying to listen to all their music before that.
I like Enhypen too:)I'm actually working on memorizing their names but I think my bias is Jungwon and I don't think I could pick a favorite song.I've heard of Twice and IU,twice mainly because momo dated Heechul from Super Junior and IU because a member of stray kids mentioned one of her songs,I'll have to look up which one it was but I really liked it!I haven't really listened to any of their music tho so I would love some rec's!I also love supernova,I even know some of the dance,Same with super shy.I haven't listened to boom boom bass but I've listened to get a guitar(same artist)and I really enjoyed it!
I'm actually trying to listen to all of BTS's music and memorizing their names (I already know all their names and I could list them off,it's just matching them to faces I have trouble with)before they come back from hiatus!I've listened to Who by Jimin and,oh my goodness I loved it so much!!!
By the way who's your ult bias?

Yes!! Enhypen is really cool. I just got like...3 lightsticks and a bunch of photocards...from my mom's friend (randomly!! it wasn't even my birthday. I'm SO HAPPY). I really like Red Velvet and Twice, and Aespa is really good too (Supernova!! Yes!!), although I have to stick with Stray Kids for my main group (my main group used to be Blackpink).

Every Sunday evening, for two hours straight, there is a radio station that plays across the US, and I LOVE it. It's really great and something to look forward to!

Hi! I like K-Pop too (not as much as I used to, I've always loved indie-rock and pop-rock more than K-Pop, but I still enjoy listening to K-Pop). Woah, CC, my favorite group is Stray Kids too! My bias(es) are Felix and Bangchan, but my ultimate bias might be Bangchan. My favorite SKZ album is probably Rockstar or ATE. What's yours?

My fav album is probably Oddinary,Rock-star,or Ate(Charmer is my favorite song on oddinary,comflex is my favorite song on rock-star,and runners is my favorite song on ate)

Yes! Felix has a really cool voice. It's super unique, which makes it really easy to figure out which parts he's singing--along with Bangchan--but the other members (besides Lee Know) are hard to differentiate between, for me, at least.
Yes, Oddinary is really good! But ATE and Rock-Star are super good, too. And yes, Runners is so good!

I also love RIIZE, I need to listen to more of their songs. FYI, I literally don't know any members of any other bands except for BTS (and BlackPink. But not because I like them a lot, it's just because they only have 4 members lol) and that's the thing too! Isn't it crazy how most bands have so many members!
FUN FACT: since 1990, there has been over 500 K-pop bands (counting one that have disbanded) that's a lot, amirite
I am not as active about K-pop as you are lol, mostly just listen to songs. No learning dances ( I kinda want to though) or any members names. I think I'm going to try with Enhyphen and RIIZE
Like I said , Jungkook and V are the ult biases, (took several different quizzes about BTS too, and I always get Jungkook and V for like Who is most like you or Who is your BTS twin and all that.)

Really?that's a lot of music.
If you want to learn the dances there are so many tutorials online from actual dance instructors. And if it seems intimidating there are some tutorials that are only the chorus.
I haven't been listening to bts long enough to have a bias yet but I think I'm leaning toward Suga, Jungkook, and V tho.

My best friend recently became obsessed with RIIZE! Stray Kids is still her favourite group, but she likes RIIZE as well. I've never listened to them before, but I'd like to!
Same, about the being active about K-Pop. I mostly just listen to the songs once in a while, but I really would like to start learning the dances (since I used to dance)! It seems fun. I want to try MANIAC, but it seems really hard for a beginner who hasn't danced in years.
You inspired me to take a personality quiz based on who I'm most like in Stray Kids! I was expecting Felix or Bangchan...And I got Felix!

If you want to learn the dances there are videos online that can teach you, and if it seems intimidating to learn the whole song there are some that are only the chorus!It's really fun,and totally worth the effort!I would recommend starting with get cool,maniac,or thunderous,as those are the easiest.
After I saw your post I took the personality test and I got(drumroll).......
