I did this last year and it was really fun - basically, you state your favorite two music genres, and after a month, we go through and see what's the most popular genre on the Chatterbox. Hymns and contemporary Christian music, hands down :) besides prayer, they're one of the main ways I praise God for His love and mercy and goodness and a way that He shows me He is always here. I think it's really good to meditate on that :)
And also i've found that the only time I can sing for long periods of time is when I'm worshipping.
