Ooh oui oui... I can imagine you parfaitment in a very long black dress, made of heavy, rustling silk, or satin. The dress is sleeveless and low-cut, and has layers of very fine black lace along the neck. It's close-fitting at the bust and torso, and sparkly, but flares out at the waist into a full skirt. You should wear black slippers, and a pearl or garnet necklace to keep the black from getting monotonous, and also to draw attention up toward your face and eyes. And your hair should most definitely be loose. Alternatively, if dresses are not your "thing" as you say in the English, you could wear a loose-fitting, short-sleeved red top - perhaps a red bluejean jacket as well - and a pair of ripped, skinny blue jeans, with tall black leather boots and your hair in a long, thick, preferably messy braid. Oui oui, I think that would be superb.

I believe what we want is a V-necked top, of a jade color - that would set off the color of your hair and eyes - with short, pointed sleeves. To go with that, you should wear slim or bootcut white jeans and definitely tall, brown leather boots, high-heeled or not, according to preference. Your hair should be fastened with a jade-colored clip in the back, and you should wear a bracelet of moonstones or white opals, which catch the light and sparkle in different colors.

Or you could wear a long white dress that sparkles like snow crystals. The top part is also V-necked, with two parts criss-crossed over each other, and the skirt would be long and slim. The sleeves would be short and pointed. You could wear it with a jade-green belt, and the same jewelry as the other outfit.

Here is your outfit! A light purple dress, embroidered with darker purple swirls on the skirt: two pairs of swirls, to be exact, one on each side of the skirt, and another pair on the part covering the chest. The neckline is low, leaving the shoulders bare, and straight, but dips into a small V in the middle. The sleeves are long and could be pointed, or not, according to preference, and have subtle dark purple embroidery along the hems. The skirt comes to about knee length,  and was pointed sharply in the middle in my original idea, but I'm not sure if that would really look good so it can be straight or pointed, as you wish. Wear slim, short purple boots, and a small opal or amethyst necklace, and wear your hair loose or in a ponytail. Voila!

Oh my gosh you're totally right about the form thing, I hadn't noticed that before but it does seem like half the threads involve a form of some kind xD and they are so fun.

Hmm, this shall be interesting. I've only designed clothes for girls before... Aha, I believe I have thought of just the thing.

@Jay, you say you do not wish for pants, so you ought to wear a long, Middle-Eastern-style robe, of a dark maroon-red color, with a hood. It has intricate gold embroidery along the bottom, and along the sleeves, and is made of the finest of silk. And, of course, it has slits in the back for your wings. You could wear it with soft, turned-up maroon slippers, like in the Renaissance.

As for Chaser, I rather fancy you in a tunic, in the Indian style. It has long sleeves and is embroidered with green patterns along the bottom. It's short (about knee-length) and made of some hardy material, dyed a bright orange. It's gathered in at the waist with a dark brown leather belt. You could wear slippers with it, like Jay, or short boots.

Well, these outfits seem rather inspired by foreign countries, but then we Parisians are always getting inspired by other cultures. I hope you like them!
