Are any of you CBers good at drawing plants? I would like a drawing of a made up plant.
Name: Ardens larua
Stem: a single stalk per plant
Leaves: cuneate arranged in a whorled pattern around the stalk
Seeds: a spore pod on top of the stalk
Roots: taproot
Colors: black stem and leaves, orange bioluminescent veins and spores
Note: I want this drawing for a pretend news article about a newly discovered plant. I thought it would look cooler if I had a picture of the plant, but I can draw trees and that's it.
So, if anyone can do this, it'd be much appreciated!

I'm no expert on drawing plants, but this is a fun challenge. Here's the *very rough* sketch, I plan on refining, and eventually inking and coloring, it later.
I wasn't sure exactly what type of seed pod, you meant, I hope I got it right. Also, did you mean the whirl pattern around the whole stalk, or just a few like how I did?
If I got anything wrong, let me know, I won't be offended or anything.
Is there any meaning behind the name Ardens Larua? Just curious. :)
