Chatterbox: Pudding's Place

The Video Music Awards! I finally saw a replay of them a few days ago, and most of it was pretty good. Let's start at the beginning, shall we?

So, Michael Jackson memorial. Madonna's speech was *nice*, but a bit dull. Janet was awesome, of course. Moving on from the dead "king", the host, Rusell Brand, I must admit was funny, but after a while any one would be driven crazy by his English accent after a while. The Best Female Music Video award was first, of course. Ahem. The big conflict. I <3 Taylor, so I was happy for her, but that thing with Kanye West, the rapper, was just weird. ((Note: everyone booed for Kanye West after that, and now on Facebook there are quizzes such as "When Will Kanye West interrupt you?" Ha)) I'm going to skip best rocker, hip hopper, etc., with only saying that Jack Black was hillarious. Then, performance time. Lady Gaga was just scary with Papparazi, of course, and Beyonce was cool. Pink was.... how shall I put this, unitresting. Lady Gag won Best New Artist, and Beyonce's Single Lady's Put A Ring On It won Best Video Of The Year. Jay-Z was pretty cool at the end.

So, who thinks Kanye's little performance was fake? Who thought Lady Gaga was awesome? Comments, please.
