Color Scheme drawing contest!!!
aqua made one of these in like november or something, and it's such a cool idea so I'm bringing it back! It's an art contest, but instead of a theme, there is a color palette that you use to make your art. other than that, the rules are basically the same as other art/drawing contests. I will post the first color palette and deadline when this thread shows up!

These are really cool, and you went in such interesting directions!
I won't draw it out, so just a quick overview!
Honorable mentions(in no particular order):
- Periwinkle: The scene looks so peaceful and mellow!
- Kitty Cat: This is adorable! It's a kitsune, right? The pink was a nice touch!
- Lupine: Yours reminds me of a post card and the halo around the sun is really cool! The cursive is really pretty too!
- Luminscence: This is an interesting take on the colours! I love the little flowers and the silly grin!
3rd: Tealeaf - I really like the geometry of it, and the way you can almost see the persective/more distant building, as well as how all the windows vary slightly between buildings. The sky is really pretty too!
2nd: Moonfrost - This is so cute! Bulbasaur is my favourite starter, plus this looks so bright and warm and sort of reminds me if Kakariko village for some reason.
1st: Hazel M - The sky is stunning, and the sheer emptiness feels sort of lonely in a cool way. I love the smallness of the silhouette of the castle and the slight fading/mixing of all the shapes and colours!

Thank you so much!!! I was totally not expecting that!! The next judjung date will be... how about april 15th? I hope that's enough time, but I can totally extend it if I need to.

Here's mine! Also, I'm glad the judging date is changed, because my birthday's on the 15th and I probably would be able to see the was really fun to make! I hope I was allowed to use a darker shade of the color for shading, if not I can remove that. (I did it in a separate layer so I could I hide the layer and screenshot again if needed) I'm terrible at drawing haaaandss

It's fine if you use slightly different shades for shadowing, as long as they aren't completely different ones! :)
