You smile at the bird and hold out a gloved hand towards it. It struggles closer, slowly, finally resting it's soft, downy head in your hand. You smile, hardly able to keep down your happy giggles, and pick the bird up, carefully depositing it in the nest it fell from.
“Good work!” your supervisor smiles at you. “You’re learning quick. Why don’t you take a break?” You nod, and smile, as is customary, but you are truly happy here, doing volunteer work among all the adorable baby animals. You step outside, breathing in the crisp air and admiring the foliage. Then, you hear a strange noise. Like a howl, but a bit quieter, a bit weaker, a bit raspier. You know that sound. A tiny wolf pup. Most wolf pups that small never survive at the shelter. You weren’t aware that there was a wolf pup here, now. Strange. Before your brain can sort out the mystery, a wolf pup with a baby-soft coat of reddish fur emerges from a lilac bush, its deep blue eyes staring into your own. Unnerving. It drops something on the ground in front of you, and you blink. When you look again, the wolf pup is gone. Peculiar. You pick up the something on the ground. It’s a letter. Of course, you think, though you’re not entirely sure why you thought that. You turn the paper over, feeling how thin it is. In slightly faded, sky-blue ink, is written:
Dear Chatterboxer!
You have been invited to spend a week (or two) at the Sanctuary for Orphaned Baby Animals (among other things), or S.O.B.A-2 (The two stands for “among other things”. Don’t ask). Pronounced SOH-ba TOO. But you already knew that, didn’t you?
You find that, strangely, the letter is correct. You already knew that. You continue reading.
If you do wish to come, fill out the form below, then leave the letter in the old hollow tree. You know what I’m talking about.

Name: Feline Fantasy
Gender/pronouns: She/her
Appearance: I am short, have light skin, blue-ish grey-ish green eyes, thick eyebrows, and a short-ish face. My hair is dark brown, thick, and unbrushed, a bit past my shoulders. I where back pants and a shirt with a cat pun/something nerdy on it.
Personality: I am weird, school-smart, creative, an artist/writer/fangirl, and a talkative introvert who's social skills could certaintly be touch up on. I am very argumentive and curious all the time, love thinking "deeply," and don't like ecxiting things.
Favorite animal: I feel like I shouldn't choose but as the name suggests I certaintly have an affinity for cats. XD

Appearance: I am strong, have light skin, and greying brown hair in a poytail. I wear glasses over grey-brown eyes and where chainmail armor and have a holy symbol with something nature-y on it.
Personality: I care deeply about morals and advice others to do the same, often correcting them for their mistakes (i.e. burning down trees) and writing a personal reminder on my arm. I strongly beleive that all of nature should flourish and nothing deserves harm. I am sometimes hypocritical.
Favorite animal: I will refrain from picking a favorite, as I do not beleive that it is right.

Appearance: I have olive green eyes, Elbow length straight black hair, bleached shorts, leg warmers and a big poofy sweatshirt/hoodie, (the sweatshirt changes color according to my mood. I also have dragon horns, wings and a dragon tail. My horns are black with olive tips, the back of my tail and wings are black and the fronts are olive green. My wings are so scarred from when I was a child that I cannot fly. (Just ask if you want more details on that.)
Personality: Sarcastic, a loner, ‘nocturnal’ (Afraid people would despise her for being a dragonshchild)

Name: I go by Star Princess, but my biological name is Solara Boarealis.
Gender/pronouns: She/her
Appearance: Purple eyes with streaks of white in them. Jet black hair, which I like to weave flowers into. My skin is shimmery, with a tint of midnight purple. My skin is dotted with star-like freckle, and I have a scar on my cheek. I wear short dresses with floofy sleeves and socks that go up to my knees. I have glasses as well.
Personality: I am gentle and sweet..usually. I am cheerful and talkative, and I love being around people. At the same time, I can hole up in my room for hours entertaining myself. So, to sum it all up, I am an ambivert.

Oops! I forgot to add my wings!
Since I'm a cross-breed between a human and a starlette some things are a little different. Most starlette's wings are permanently fastened on their backs, but mine are only visible when I fly. The upper wings are pointy and elegant, reaching from my neck to my armpits. My lower wings are much longer, and go from my the bottom of my upper wings to my ankles. They are outlined by by a vibarant white. The inside of my wings look like they were torn from the Milky Way galaxy(which they were). Whenever I start to fly my wings shimmer onto my back and when I stop flying they go the way they came.
