The rules:
1. please submit your drawing before the deadline
2. stay with the theme
3. be kind
The theme is fire and I will judge on January 3rd, 2021. I will extend or shorten the deadline if nececary. Whoever wins this round will be the judge of the next round. Have fun!

Ooh, cool theme! I hope it's ok how I interpreted it. I did the seasons because the seasons change, and that's he first thing that comes to my mind when I think of change. Here it is!

Here's mine! I also kind of went with seasons, but..not? I guess? I'm not really sure how I came up with this, but I think it's pretty ok! I hope you can read the words, and see it and everything, but here it is!

Hey, just letting y'all know that I didn't forget about this! I was typing up the judging earlier this evening but my phone was doing this weird thing where whenever I typed a letter it would automatically type a bunch of other stuff too, and in fixing it I had to delete the whole thing, so I'm gonna retype it tomorrow morning. Sorry!

3rd Place- Silver Crystal! The good-to-bad change look is a creative idea, and it looks good overall! But I feel like it would look better in color?
2nd Place- Fallen Leaf! The bright, but not overwhelming, colors and thick, clean lines look great, and I like the way you split it in 4ths.
2nd Place (it was a tie, sorry) Quill! I always loved butterflies and their metamorphasis, and everything looked very clean and fresh, it looks nice!
1st Place- Spellbound! I just really like the concept of not wanting things to change- the muted colors, the pose of the girl, and the slightly drooping flowers really add to the melancholy, nostalgic mood. I love it!

Thanks for third place! I do agree color would have been better, except I don't really do art that often and I'm not very good so I probably would have messed it up in an attempt to color it lol. Congrats Spellbound!
