I TAUGHT MYSELF THE MANDALORIAN THEME ON THE CELLO! I learned it by ear, so it's a tad rough, but I did it, y'all! 

I CANNOT get over the soundtrack for this show. I'm just sad I was too late for the vinyl record :(

Anyway hi!! I loveee music and like making oddly specific playlists for moods and also as a way of telling a story in some cases! I feel like a really cool job would be to be the person who picks what kind of playlist a movie like a Marvel movie or whatever would have, like Black Panther (RIP Chadwick :,l ) had a very specific playlist of songs included throughout it that set the vibe, and they have other things like that in the other Marvel movies like the Spiderman, Iron Man, and GotG ones. I've never heard if it's an actual job or not but it sounds so funnnn 

I like a whole lot of music it's hard to choose a favorite genre: Pop, alternative, techno, a little bit of rock and some hip-hop is mostly my style. I don't really get people who listen to classical or country music, but whatever floats your boat, I guess. My favorite artists range from Billie Eillish to My Chemical Romance to Taylor Swift to CHVRCHES to Beyonce but I like so many other artsists that I just can't choose one XD

Also, I'm obsessed with musicals. Like really, really obsessed. My favorite musicals to listen to are Hamilton, In the Heights, Hadestown, Beetlejuice the Musical, Les Mis and the Lightning Thief Musical. I have all of those soundtracks practically memorized and I listen to them on repeat. I have music blasting on my headphones every day, all day, even during class because why not :P

Anyone listen to evermore yet (taylor swift's new album)? 

I'm really into music, so this is a great thread! I love so many bands... *Starts dreaming about meeting all of them* They are mostly indie rock that no one knows about, but my favorite was pretty popular about nine years ago: Fun. That's probably my favorite, and I'm so, so sad they're not making music anymore. I also love... Band of Horses, Bleachers, BØRNS, and sometimes I'm in the mood for Weezer and Andrew McMahon. I really only like one of Weezer's albums, the White Album, but the songs are so good. It might even have one of my favorites, Wind in our Sail. 

@Silver Crystal, I love, love, love Hamilton, and I never really liked Taylor Swift but evermore was by far her best album - I love her more folk-y style.

Cool thread! I really like music, and I actually play clarinet. My favorite bands are Daft punk, Gorrilaz, and Nirvana(only some of their songs.) I also LOVE Movie soundtracks, like I got 5 on it from Us, Brothers in arms from Mad max fury road, and others. And yes, the mandalorian theme is an absolute banger. For some reason, one of my friends really likes Dark souls music. I don't see the appeal.
